I just wanted to say all the staff at Bayan Tree was amazing. Clean resort and service was above the top. Regina and Ivan were a pleasure to deal with. Reort offers several in house restaurants all were very good. Would diffiantly recommend to friends and family.

We just got engaged at Banyan Tree Mayakoba, Jazmine was spectacular with her attention and she made our stay unforgettable. She went out of her way to make our stay special and unforgettable. Our villa was magical and impecable. The service from Raul and Ricardo in the Reflection pool was excellent, they created AMAZING cocktails for us. For sure was a very great vacation and can’t wait to come back!

Great customer service! The atmosphere since you get there in great. The food is delicious and the spaces are quite relaxing. My favorite was the PGA now lib Golf course, absolute astonishing views to the ocean and beach. Weather was great so all in all great experience

This is a beautiful resort nestled in what feels like miles of lush jungle. The resort is situated in Playa Del Carmen which is an area with numerous luxury resorts. The miles of grounds are shared by several other luxury resorts. Everyone raves about the staff and rightfully so. The staff are courteous, helpful, kind and caring. The suites are magnificent, spacious with a huge bedroom, large bathroom with double sinks, large closet with plenty of storage and a separate room with a table and chairs. The private pool and hot tub are beyond amazing. My only suggestion is that the resort provide more than just one garbage can for such a large suite. The breakfast is spectacular. We did not eat at the restaurants, instead we went into town for a change of scenery. We were scammed at the Cancun airport and charged hundreds of dollars in taxes for bringing in a camera and IPAD. They target Americans and went through our suitcases and demanded payment for any electronics we brought with us on vacation. Even though the equipment was 5-10 years old, they extort payment and charge you for new equipment based upon whatever fee they determine your equipment is worth. We were also scammed by the car rental company who added hundreds of dollars in fees for insurance coverage despite the fact we are fully covered through our home/ auto insurance policy and credit card company. This left us with an awful taste for Cancun, however Banyan Tree sweetened our stay with outstanding service.

This was our first time to Banyan Tree Mayakoba and we had the absolute best time! We came here to celebrate our honeymoon and we were blown away by the food, service, cleanliness, and hospitality felt in every aspect of our stay. Juan was a fantastic host! He helped us make all of our reservations, responded in a timely matter and consistently provided amazing hospitality. We also loved Raul and Ricardo at Reflections Pool! They make the BEST drinks and have the best playlist on the property. We also have to shout out Luis at the beach, such a kind man who took care of us everyday! We will definitely be back here again to celebrate more special moments. Thank you, Banyan Tree staff!
