Service is excellent. The rooms are massive with huge bathrooms with both shower and bath. Ours was a deluxe suite so might be bigger than average. Most staff spoke good English and very professional. The restaurant was excellent value for money including canapés and chocolates as extras. Even the ice cream is homemade! Particular mention to Lucas our waiter who had an impressive knowledge of wines and could recommend a good range. It’s a relatively small hotel but had 3 working lifts and a good turn down service. Would thoroughly recommend

Fabulous location in the heart of BA

Had a fabulous 3 night stay at the Palladio Hotel. We were upgraded by Matias to a slightly nice room with a balcony overlooking the park opposite the hotel. The room was so spacious and had so much storage and a fabulous bathroom and shower. The staff were all very helpful and Matias looked after us whilst we were there. It is a great location and the breakfast was fantastic every day. Everywhere was spotless and clean and we really enjoyed our stay in BA and were so happy we chose the Palladio.

Nice size rooms. We had an executive level room which was spacious. The room had a balcony but no view. The hotel is pricy but well located.

Anything we needed it was a delight for the staff to help. They were very accessible and very helpful in helping us plan our days. Specific shout out to Brianna and Diego. The rooms were gigantic! The vibe was great.
