This is the best hotel in Buenos Aires. The staff is uniformly outstanding. I have been to the Palladio 5 times and have always had an extremely enjoyable time. Everyine is friendly and ultra competent. The staff is incredibly responsive. The lobby staff is fantastic. The Negresco staff, especially Priscilla and others make dining a fantastic experience. The spa staff including Telma and Augustina are excellent. I will be returning to the Palladio soon and look forward to another great stay.

A great hotel just minutes from many interesting sights and restaurants. Bianca at the front desk was our go to person for insight and directions! Most cordial and recommendations were spot on. Hotel was quite comfortable and the staff quite pleasant. Beds and room quite superior. Rooftop like pool and patio quite a place to relax and unwind at day’s end. Thanks to the staff.

Buenos Aires Palladio MGallery provided excellent service, and the staff were polite and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after exploring Buenos Aires. Room service and the hotel restaurant were both fantastic and exceeded expectations. The only minor issue was the breakfast—options were limited, and the quality could have been better. However, this didn’t overshadow the overall experience, which was otherwise exceptional. A great choice for a comfortable and well-serviced stay in the city.

This hotel is amazing. Truly excellent service, nice & informed staff (who speak English) like Sasha, well appointed, clean & spacious rooms, good breakfast, firm bed etc. Highly recommend. We’ve stayed in many hotels around world and I must admit I was surprised how perfect this one was for us. Special shoutout to Diego, concierge, who is sharp and goes above & beyond. However - 1 really big flaw: WiFi is pathetic (they said they’re fixing it but it was useless while we were there.)

I can't say enough positive things about the Palladio Hotel Bueno Aires. What a wonderful experience. From the moment you walk in the hotel has this luxurious smell and you are greeted by friendly doormen. The lobby staff were very kind and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and so clean. The spa staff were very kind and my massage was excellent. The breakfast offered every morning was delicious, and their hotel restaurant is beyond delicious. I could have eaten at the Palladio Hotel during my entire trip! The lobby bar serves fabulous drinks and of course the bartenders were very friendly. This hotel really pays attentions to details and all the amenities were simply amazing. Even complementary fresh fruit infused water is served daily. I've never stayed at a hotel where literally every single staff member was so kind - even the breakfast hostess knew my name and remembered what I wanted every morning. Impeccable service overall 10/10 experience. You must stay here!
