Our group stayed here at the start and the end of the tour. Very nice, comfortable rooms. Those with park view are better, and the mirrored walled balcony for privacy is cool to take photos of yourself. Room and bathroom are very good-sized. The small pool and hot tub were very busy. Check-in staff is friendly and always a doorman. Good breakfast buffet, too, plus a decent a la carte menu, which we did not realize you could also order from too.

Excellant Staff Fernandez -Front of house manager -World class -Fixed the problem I had immediately and went beyond his duty's Bianca and Sasha -Front of house conceige -Best I have experienced -Always willing to assist and very pleasant and and smiling -Mercelnelo-_Breakfast staff-Made you feel at home and went out of his way to discuss traditional Argentine food and drinks like Mate -Ivan -Hard working Bell Boy who always smiled . Hotel was fantastic ,great gym and great breakfast food and area

Great hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was attentive & kind. Hotel is clean, modern and has all amenities for a city hotel. The concierge, Diego was so helpful arranging anything and everything we needed. It was our first time in BA and he assisted in making our trip amazing!

This is the best hotel in Buenos Aires. The staff is uniformly outstanding. I have been to the Palladio 5 times and have always had an extremely enjoyable time. Everyine is friendly and ultra competent. The staff is incredibly responsive. The lobby staff is fantastic. The Negresco staff, especially Priscilla and others make dining a fantastic experience. The spa staff including Telma and Augustina are excellent. I will be returning to the Palladio soon and look forward to another great stay.

A great hotel just minutes from many interesting sights and restaurants. Bianca at the front desk was our go to person for insight and directions! Most cordial and recommendations were spot on. Hotel was quite comfortable and the staff quite pleasant. Beds and room quite superior. Rooftop like pool and patio quite a place to relax and unwind at day’s end. Thanks to the staff.
