Beautiful upscale hotel in central location in Recoleta, within walking distance to Recoleta Cemetery. Rooms with balconies overlooking the small park across the street were stunning. Breakfast was delicious and included a separate menu in addition to the extensive buffet. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay was beyond extraordinary, entirely due to Diego, The Palladio’s incredible concierge! I began working with Diego in June, nearly 5 months before our arrival. He was friendly and extremely efficient in booking our tickets to Teatro Colon, the Thelonious Jazz Club, and Aljibe Tango Show, as well as a special private tango lesson for our daughter and her boyfriend. When Argentina’s ground transportation union workers went on strike and our flight was cancelled the day we were supposed to arrive, Diego was indispensable in helping me through a very stressful situation. And once we finally arrived, we were treated with room upgrades, compliments of Diego! He and the entire Palladio staff provided exceptional service to my whole family. I wish every hotel we stay at could have Diego as our constant impeccable concierge, to make all of our trips as extraordinary and memorable as our stay at The Palladio. He anticipated our every need. Thank you, Diego!!! This is the 2nd MGallery Hotel that we’ve stayed at (also Hotel Perle d'Orient Cat Ba in Cat Ba Island, Vietnam), and both were so outstanding and beyond our expectations, that we will now look specifically for MGallery Hotels on all of our future trips!

Myself, my son and my husband‘s first time to Buenos Aires. What a city! What a hotel! Beds were super, super comfortable, Hotel was absolutely beautiful, but even better, the staff was very accommodating and always greeted you with a special smile. Toma’s at the front desk was extremely helpful in checking for us over a two day period for a late check out on our final day. When we booked our flights, we were not able to book one home to the states until one minute before midnight and a seven hour flight back to Miami after that. He was able to extend our check out time so we could be comfortable on our last day. Thank you, Toma’s. The staff in the dining room and throughout the hotel, were all great, but he did stand out. See you next yesr, Palladio Hotel!! 👏👏👏

Nice new hotel in good location, all is clean and fresh. Rooms with a park view is especially nice. Please add more vegetarian and vegan options in your menu and in the room service also. Would like to comeback here again in the next time in Buenos Aires

A very spacious and comfortable room with everything you need. Good breakfast. Helpful staff at reception. Easy to walk to the main sights. But have to mention Juan in the bar whose customer service was fantastic. Highly engaging and personalised service - he made us excellent cocktails on our last night based on our drinks preferences. Thank you Juan. You made our stay!

Wonderful hotel in the center of Buenos Aires. Excellent location, lovely rooms, good breakfast and a nice SPA. We also had a nice dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The only problem was trying to get the TV to work. I called reception to fix it, they did but the next morning had the same problem. 5 stars anyway as the TV was not a priority :)
