Hotel in a great part of Buenos Aires but needs a refresh.

The rooms are comfortable but dated. Not IT savvy. Lack of charge points for laptops and phones. We were given electrical adaptors on check but hardly suitable for heavy laptop chargers. Two elevators for the size of the hotel totally inadequate. Positives - food and service at the Alma restaurant very good.

The Alma restaurant is excellent - staffed by a really great team who were extremely efficient, especially Ekaterina. Had an excellent ribeye, full of flavour and cooled to perfection.

Katerina in restaurant Alma was by far the absolute best! Excellent recommendations for dinner and went above & beyond to make my birthday special. Service impeccable & her friendly, kind & on top of everything presence was amazing.

Average hotel with some above average staff! (Ekatarina,Gisele, Enzo) Dangerous bathroom floors. Shocking waste of water in the shower waiting for hot water! Late dining times with 7.30pm start. Long distance from airport.
