Everything is all right, good location, good breakfast, standard Ibis standard. But ignored my two emails asking for an airport pick up, and refused a late check out even on a weekday. Not every receptionist speak English.

All the facilities of the hotel are very old and not well maintained. The bathroom of our room was horrible. I don't even want to sit on the toilet. Staff are not well-trained and not helpful at all. I don't feel being welcomed by the hotel.

Ibis hotel at Congreso Buenos Aires is an excellent place to stay when visiting the city. Position is strategic, walking distance from all main important places. Service in hotel is excellent and price reasonable

Breakfast was very good. Rooms so old aspect, conditioning air no working, WC needs maintenance. Althought we warned that there was a leak in the bathroom and that the air conditioner didn't work, nothing was done.

nice hotel at top location (close to congresso) and in front of a park, so best view (depends on your room). Generous room size with very comfortable firm king size bed. Wall is too thin. A couple of glasses will be very useful for drinking and brushing teeth.
