It's a fairly basic motel, conveniently situated in Canberra's northern suburbs, but it was well priced and clean. The rooms are a good size and had a microwave and fridge. Free onsite parking. There's a village centre just around the corner with a well stocked IGA and and a couple of restaurants.

Big Let Down. Photos they show on Accor App are not what the hotel rooms look like at all. False Advertising.

The pictures they show you of this hotel are not what the rooms or premises look like. The Garden is overgrown, the rooms looked discusting. It looks like they just put new beds in and a picture frame. The lights in our room were so Dim. The bathroom lights were stronger than the bedroom. My wife asked me if this was a medical facility before while making a weird face. I chose this hotel because of the price but the false pictures persuaded me to choose it in the end. I am very disappointed that they put false images of the hotel premises on the Accor App.

Don’t stay here unless you’re desperate

We booked two rooms with breakfast for 5 people and a child, when we arrived we paid and after we had paid we were told that there would be no servicing of the rooms, and no breakfast, we said breakfast was included in our rate. The clerk suggested we ask for a refund on checkout, we requested it now! The room was tired The family room had the following problems No hot water to the basin, Hair dryer not working, Balcony filthy, Window doesn’t open, Exhaust fan in bathroom filthy and broken, Light switch next to bed taped over, Chairs damaged, Curtains not attached to rails, Air conditioning remote bracket not secured.

We booked this hotel since it was a good rate through the Accor Plus red hot rooms promotion. Upon check in we were given no acknowledgment of our Platinum status with Accor. Not a big deal, but at every other hotel we receive a small welcome gift and a couple of free drinks so it was a shame to miss out this time. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and our room was a generous size. The bathroom was newly renovated so it was nice and modern. There doesn’t seem to be a bar or restaurant on site and the hotel is located within a less desirable suburb. The hotel is perfect for somewhere to sleep at night after a day of seeing the sights of Canberra but it’s definitely not a holiday destination.

This was comfortable accommodation, the bed was comfy , air conditioning worked well. Complimentary bottle of water , tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom was very narrow and small , no good for wheelchairs or a larger person .you can only have 1 in the bathroom at a time The curtains were heavy so the room was quite dark which was a bonus . Free car parking and a very quiet street . Was a fair walk to Dickson for dinner , that was a big disadvantage, as not too sure how safe it was walking at night around this area .
