This hotel has no care for all accor members. not mention of my status. at first check in there was one foreigner that spoke english but not the person who was helping me. Then they put me in a room that has a broken heater. when asking to repair they brought me blankets and when saying i wanted the heater to be repaired, with out looking at it they said it's broken. after that i had to ask for other room. No welcome letter and no welcome gift. very unusual for me as platinum member. the guys running the breakfast room were also not speaking english but very helpful and attentive. this hotel has steps to make.

This is the stay at close to Yu Garden which just a distance away, about 500m. The hotel is new and trendy. I even saw a robot go in and out of the lift, wow! It's located at the central of the city, highly recommended.

perfect stay in Shanghai, the hotel is well situated, metro station is 7-8 minutes away on foot, beautiful Yuyuan Garden is 15 minutes away on foot. The room was spacious, with all conforts.. the reception staff was so kind, a special reporting from me to Ada, that helped me in some situations with courtesy.
Worst hotel ever stay

As a gold status member, I was arranged to stay in a room which only has one small window, and the worst part is the window facing the corridor of the hotel. You need to close the curtain for a whole stay. Worst ever.

Not Accor standard hotel. First of all, they didn’t welcome you as Accor standard hotel. No upgrade no welcome drink no welcome greetings as I normally know from even Ibis with 10x times lower cost. Laundry service was a bit weird as they want me to do by myself in the 2nd floor after 2-3 times asking.... Also the light in the bed room was broken and I had the whole night light open... first time with Accor hotels unfortunately
