Always very happy to stay at the Pullman, and always feel very welcome by Ben’s friendly smile ! Mostly travelling to Shanghai for business, with the hotel very well connected to both city centre (100 m away from subway) and airport, avoiding the confusion of the most Central areas

Excellent stay. Hotel facilities were good, although room bit hot and AC didnt seem to work very well. Great breakfast spread. Best thing of our stay was the welcoming Ben at the front door- always there to help with a smile and terrific English. Thanks so much!

A very heartfelt thank you to the porter Ben, “陈蒙恩” who always greeted and farewelled us with great courtesy, was extremely attentive and made every effort to take care of our luggage. I will definitely come back again next year.
