Three generations, one perfect holiday, and the best Butler Team

We stayed at The Land of Legends Kingdom Hotel over the Christmas and New Year period as a true three generation family trip, grandparents, parents, and our four year old. I traveled all the way from California, and this hotel delivered exactly what we hoped for: an easy, joyful, high energy holiday where both kids and adults feel genuinely taken care of. The theme park is fantastic. Our son was completely obsessed with the daily dolphin show, and we ended up going multiple times because it never got old for him. It became the highlight of his day, every day. The whole property has that rare combination of “wow” entertainment and smooth logistics, which matters a lot when you are traveling with a small child and grandparents at the same time. Food was another big plus. There was a very strong selection across Turkish dishes and Western cuisine, with enough variety that everyone in our group found favorites and stayed happy. Meals felt easy rather than stressful, which is a real luxury on a family holiday. The standout, though, was the Butler Team: Emre, Deniz, Betül, and Kürşad. They were super attentive, proactive, and detail oriented, and they treated our family like individuals, not a room number. It was genuinely personalized care. For example, if someone wanted a specific dish or a customized meal, they helped make it happen. That level of support changes the entire experience, especially with three generations traveling together. Bottom line: an excellent holiday hotel for families, with a theme park that keeps kids thrilled and a Butler Team that elevates everything. We would absolutely return.

I hope this review finds everyone well and informative. This holiday was a well-deserved family treat, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The first day was perfect, everything looked just right. However, as the days passed, we realised the hotel wasn’t up to scratch. The staff was extremely rude and exhausted, with long shifts. It’s a kids’ hotel, but the kids’ area staff were very unhappy and unapproachable. Murat and Hamiyet were the only exceptions. They made my kids feel very welcome, even though my kids were too shy and scared to be left alone. There’s this apparently new ceramics teacher who is not approachable at all really rude. You can leave your kids with them with no concern be sure they will look after them well. Just another note the slides inside the play area are really fast and dangerous for the kids they should put something soft for them to land on! The activities were only 10 minutes long, and the kids were left to rush their work of art or clay. In comparison to Vogue in Bodrum, another kids’ hotel, there was a massive difference. The kids were left bored and unsure of what to do after the third day. The second worst thing was the restaurant. The food was so cold that when we asked if they could make something from scratch, like an egg, we were given a rude staff member who gave us dirty looks and simply said the eggs in front were warm. Because the food was cold, the taste was expectedly bad. Like everyone else who has mentioned in previous reviews, the Pide Usta was the best. It was fresh, hot, and delicious. Hilay, who always smiled when asked if she could warm it up, was a lifesaver. But because they only worked in one area There was very little selection for kids, apart from chips and pancakes. I mean, when I say the staff is rude, I mean all staff in all areas, from the cleaning lady to the bar staff to reception staff also A special thanks to Walter and Tenzile in the restaurant. At reception, we asked about the Nemo restaurant to book a table. The staff just said, “You have plenty of time, come back and book because they’re in a rush.” He told us to leave. When we entered the hotel, we weren’t told about any theme park where it was, what activities we could do, or any apps we could look up. We were only given a restaurant timetable and that’s it! All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any family or friends. It’s an honest review from a frequent traveller and her family of seven.

We stayed at The Land of Legends Hotel for 10 days, and it was truly magical from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for our family and made us feel so welcome every single day. Especially guest relations Oguzhan Gokkaya and Alicia Buttner , Direnc and Halil amazing friendly Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their kindness and attention to detail really stood out. Most importantly, our kids had the most incredible time—it genuinely felt like a dream for them. Seeing how happy and excited they were made the whole experience unforgettable for us as parents. They went above and beyond to celebrate our daughter’s birthday with us with balloon surprise and cake for dinner. A huge thank you to the amazing staff for going the extra mile and creating such special memories for our family. We can’t wait to return!

Extremely rude night manager mr Zia…surprisingly he is on managers post and genuinely the management should look into it as he doesn’t know how to be courteous to guests. the only staff in the entire 2days of stay who has been rude and told me go ahead and post a review with his name Land of legends plz look into this your name is very important you manager represents your hotel. You should plz make that priority as a lovely hotel with lovely staff cannot be headed by a manager like mr Zia who will tarnish the property’s name ….buckle up Zia plz go to basics and learn what hospitality industry demands I would have rated this hotel a solid 5 stars but am cutting 2 stars and giving it 3stars due to your arrogant and curt behaviou

It was an amazing experience staying at this hotel. All the staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the food was absolutely delicious! Special thanks to Ahmet and Beysal Usta at the Eternal Restaurant for the best Kayseri-style pide I’ve ever had. They also serve very tasty köfte for lunch, and the most delicious spinach gözleme for breakfast, and the bal kaymak is incredible too! Big thanks as well to the reception team, and to Ege, Ayhan Ince, and Aydin. See you next time!
