The land of disappointment

I am extremely disappointed by this hotel, it looked amazing on the website and videos I had seen but what we experienced was completely different. - the hotel was extremely busy and seemed to busy as there was never any tables to sit and have breakfast or dinner on so we decided to take a plate of breakfast to the lobby so we could sit down to eat with our 1 year old boy to be told we wasn’t allowed to take our plate out I asked them to find me a table and they placed us on a dirty table which fair enough if it was cleared but it wasn’t and we was sat having our breakfast on a dirty table, we decided to skip breakfast every day after that so we only had breakfast 1 out of 7 days due to how busy it was, if you was to Que for the buffet guest would push and shove you out the way they don’t understand queuing here. - I don’t believe this hotel is ideal for English guests we was 1 of 3 English families I have seen during this week and was mainly Turkish families staying here and they just allowed there children to overrun and destroy the hotel with scooters everywhere children climbing over bars and screaming at hotel staff which was horrible to whiteness as I have to say ALL the staff are so lovely and can’t do enough for you. - my little boy was playing in the children’s area of the hotel reception and a 8-10 year old boy come running into him knocking him down and no parents to tell him to apologise or tell him to be careful I didn’t feel the hallways were safe for walking with my child in the case he would be knocked or something would hit into him I constantly walked on eggshells around the resort. - not the hotels fault more tui but we believed that there would be snacks available as we got an all in clusive package but everything is extra the land of legands park there is 1 place to get soft drinks and ice cream and the staff was extremely rude there and never seemed to serve we was stood waiting to get my little boy a ice cream for 20 minutes and nobody served us Also the air conditioning in our rooms wasn’t working which was a shame as it was so hot we was unable to sleep we could only open the doors which we would then be bitten by bugs but that was better than sweating and no sleep There was nothing to do in the evening when the park shut at 5pm as it was the same light show every night. I also believed staying at this hotel would gain you special access into the shows but it isn’t as it’s open to the public which is a shame because there is no perks of staying at this hotel. The staff are the only saving grace of this hotel as they are all so nice and great with kids they do so much to make your stay ok. But I will never recommend or return to this hotel but I would recommend Rixos as it’s much better there

Unfriendly unwelcome uncomfortable Here now currently staying at the kingdom hotel, day 3 just a overview the management are very rude the bar staff are rude they will serve you last when realising your English I do feel overall there is a slight racial tendency towards English all over the hotel however some staff only a few have been friendly. Very inconveniently set out they finish breakfast at 10 now with the time difference to uk this means breakfast finished at 7am which is madness, you also cannot get any lunch at the hotel you have to walk into the park, there is no snack bars on hand everything is a extra fee on the park other than a few soft drinks. Milkshake bar is good and is free too. No swimming pool other than a small indoor one at the hotel so again having to walk into the park to find a swimming pool. The swimming pool in the park is awful my little girls legs were cut to bits just crawling along the floor and is a real danger. The food buffet in the evening is all very much the same everything every night food is nice but boring. This is a very overrated hotel and probably would be better staying at an external hotel and then just coming to land of legends for the day. The souvineer shops are an absolute rip off if you have small children £22 for a small soft toy!! Needed milk for my little girl they refused to give cartons and instead just gave us a glass one glass with a bit of cling film over the top. Once the park shuts at 5 there really is nothing to do the entertainment is very poor , they advertised a Masha disco but there was no Masha and a small room with just entertainment staff singing on the stage nothing else. I would go on but to summarise please don’t waste £1000’s of pounds on this hotel it really is a waste of money and completely overpriced and overrated. Everything shuts at 10pm outside which is early in my opinion On a plus note and there isn’t many plus notes the hotel is very clean inside and out and the decor is stunning but there is too many let downs for my liking.

We had a great time in land of legends the staff the food have been excellent I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. We had a great time in the gym spa and sauna and steam room. The drinks have been amazing 5 stars from my family

This was our second stay at the Land of Legends. This time we've decided to go first to a beach hotel and then last few days at the Legends. This way you can have a bit of rest and fun at the end. The hotel improved. Last time we only had snacks at the water park bit but this year it was the Mungo restaurant,which I million times better. The rooms and cleanliness was never an issue. Definitely the best food we've ever had and most tasty and sophisticated deserts ! We watched the fountain show and boats. Amazing as before. The Masha and the bear circus show - even funnier 🤣 we love the Bear. Dolphin show very good. I have no faults that I could mention. But research the hotel before you go. This is not beach front relaxing hotel - it is for fun all ages. With theme park! But you can still use sisters hotel with front beach.
