A fabulous resort and wonderful for our 2 night stay! Very well run with professional and friendly staff. Our 2 guest relation managers, Dora & Kaan, were on-the-ball with the answers to any request we had. Nothing was too much trouble. I was fortunate to enjoy a 7th floor suite which was spacious, spotlessly clean and had all I needed to enjoy my stay. Huge comfortable bed and selection of firmness of pillows. The buffet was an amazing array of food - even though I gravitated to the Turkish and Mediterranean food - everything was on offer for you. Service at the tables was attentive and the waiters always had a smile. The a la carte restaurants offered superb dishes. The heated pool was welcomed (March) as the sea was still a little cold. The barman in the nightclub was a gem and kept us all laughing until closing time. Beautiful hotel, and one to return to again.

We had a wonderful week at Rixos Premium Belek. The food For me, holidays are about the food and Rixos delivers in this regard. The buffet restaurant was great, I especially liked the sushi station and the salad station where you could request what you wanted and it was freshly prepared in front of you. But the a la carte restaurants were even better, we loved the food at the Asian restaurant in particular. There was the Asian and Turkish restaurant open in March. Also we went to AVA at land of legends that had a set menu and 2 drinks included as part of the all inclusive package. That wasn't advertised but when asked they told us you can eat at 2 restaurants at land of legends as part of the all inclusive. Room We stayed in room 2101 which had a beautiful sea view. The mini bar was stocked with glass bottles soft drinks which we enjoyed. The bed was very big and comfy. Would recommend this room for the view. The facilities The resort was always spotlessly clean and there is so much to do even in March which is part of their Winter season. The indoor pool was great for the cooler days. There was never a shortage of sun loungers/beds at all the pools which gave the pool areas a relaxing atmosphere. There was construction going on at the beach bar and beach pier so they were closed which was a shame but considering we paid half the price of the summer season we understood that it might be the case that less things were open. You could still get drinks at the outdoor pool but there was no hot food at the pool. Maybe they have this during the summer season. Loved the adult pool bar at the spa, so relaxing. The drinks Drinks were amazing, love the cocktails and mocktails. Soft drinks are served in glass bottles which feels very luxurious. The staff The staff were great. They have rollerskating servers at the pool which is fun. The handiest thing was the WhatsApp group they set up when you arrive. You can ask questions and make requests which was so good as the resort is big and there is so much to do. Thank you to Anil and Handan for answering all my questions. You were so helpful and friendly. Child-friendly We had our 9-month old with us and it was our first holiday as parents. The hotel achieves being child friendly without sacrificing a luxurious holiday feel. You can let your baby play in the kid's area as long as you stay and supervise them. My baby had lots of opportunities to play and practise his crawling as a result. Would definitely recommend the hotel if you have a baby. The staff were so lovely with him and nothing was too much trouble (our baby is a messy eater 😂) Fitness The indoor gym is better than any hotel gym I've been to before. The treadmills were very fancy. I went to a jumping fitness class and it was a workout while being fun. Land of legends We went on a cooler day to the theme park and this is one benefits of going in March, it was so quiet. No queues for any of the rides. You could just walk on straight away. It felt like we were VIPs for the day. The hyper coaster is a really good rollercoaster and we enjoyed that. There are a few other rides for adults. Land of legends is perfect for 4-10 years old I'd say. We had lunch in the park and got a pizza and a soft drink for 600lira/£12.50 which is what you'd expect for theme park prices. We went back another evening to the land of legends for dinner and the lights are beautiful. Overall Would definitely recommend staying at Rixos Premium Belek for couples with a baby. The facilities, food, drinks and staff are all 5-stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Me and my wife choose this hotel for our honeymoon, and we stay absolutely happy with our choice. First of all I would like to say that Leila from guest relation department is a big professional and thanks to her our holiday went amazing. Inna the bar manager making amazing job, and making the best cocktails I’ve ever tried! Berkant from bar and Mehdi from Ala cart rest two waiters who perfectly know the job. Our house keeper was doing well as well. So far I would like to say thank you to all the management and personal team for making our holidays so special🙌🏻 Will definitely recommend and come back!

No one is responding to my emails or phone calls!!! I need to cancel my transfer with the hotel! i have contacted everyone and they always say that they are going to take send my details to whoever but it never happened. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where do I start with this amazing resort? It was our first time visiting. We were greeted by Dora who was part of our concierge team and she showed us around before taking us to our room. We were then added to a WhatsApp group and any problems or questions we had, Dora or Mr kaan replied within minutes. So helpful! The cocktails are amazing, literally anything you want they will make. We asked for a cocktail we had at land of legends and it was made. All shaken properly, not from machines. The food was stunning too, from all Al a cartes, the godiva cafe and the main buffet. Can't fault any of it. The room was great with all Toiletries included. Only small complaint would be the air con was turned off for the winter concept but with our room being in direct sunshine most of the day and it was pretty nice weather whilst there our room was a little warm to sleep in overnight however we spoke to the concierge and they did offer us another room but we declined as didn't feel a move was necessary for a couple more days. Everywhere is the hotel is spotlessly clean. There was renovation works going on whilst we were there however it didn't affect our stay at all. The on site Starbucks was a real treat too. I would like to specially mention mustafa koç who never let us go without a drink around the pool. He was so lovely! I would 10000% return to this hotel.
