A fantastic family vacation! Every employee is dedicated to a shared objective: ensuring your utmost satisfaction throughout your stay. Our housekeeping teammate, Mr. Ali, went beyond our expectations by impeccably maintaining our room every day. Mr. Karim, Mustafa, Mohammad, and the entire food and beverage team made every effort to cater to our needs during our delightful feasts. Mr. Gazel, Mr. Güçlü and the entire Culinary team were amazing. Finally, let's acknowledge the unsung heroes—the Landscape Team, the Technical Team, and the tireless individuals who work relentlessly to maintain the hotel's exceptional standards and surpass expectations.

Mohamed Abdlizem excellent house keeper. Nothing was ever too much for him. Fantastic hotel would definitely visit again. Hotel complex wonderful. Loads to do. Entertainment awesome and varied every evening. Food wonderful and in abundance.

Still here on our honeymoon and haven't been able to fault it yet. The hotel, grounds, food and service is second to none. It really is the little touches that made me write this early. Came back to our room today and was met with a lovely surprise. Big thanks to Muhammad (house keeper in Block 5) for making me smile. He is fantastic and nothing is too much for him. Can't wait to enjoy the rest of our time here.
