We stayed with a family, aqua park and life guards everywhere, you feel safe for small kids. Food is delicious

Staff everywhere was friendly and helpful. The guy named Nour showed excellent performance how to treat guests at first contact. The lobby was rich of different welcome drinks.

We had a wonderful and very enjoyable stay at Rixos Premium Seagate in Sharm El Sheikh. The resort is beautiful, well organised, and offers fantastic facilities, food, and entertainment. Everything was of a very high standard and made our holiday truly relaxing. A special mention goes to Abdel Rahman at the Turquoise Restaurant. His customer service was exceptional. He was attentive, polite, and always made sure we were well looked after. His professionalism and friendly nature really stood out. During the New Year’s Eve event, Abdel Rahman was amazing once again. Even though it was extremely busy, he remained calm, kind, and attentive. We also noticed how wonderful he was with all guests. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Abdel Rahman is a true asset to the Rixos team and someone who genuinely enhances the guest experience. We hope to see him again when we return.

A huge thank you to the amazing animation team of this hotel! You truly made our stay unforgettable. Every day was filled with fun, energy, laughter and great vibes thanks to your incredible enthusiasm and professionalism. A very special mention to Jet Lee and Karim – you guys were absolutely formidable! 😉 Your charisma, kindness and talent really stood out and created such a warm and joyful atmosphere. Just spent a week at this amazing hotel! The staff are so helpful and pleasant and cannot do enough for you. The facilities are amazing and entertainment some of the best we’ve seen on holidays. Special shout out to Ragab in Turquoise restaurant who always helped us with our family and especially our 14 month old son. Nothing was ever too much! Also to Ahmed at fountain pool and all the lifeguards by the pool helping with towels and sunbeds. We will definitely be back

Had a great time, super friendly staff. Great service around the pools. Food was great and changed every day. Entertainment pool was a definate favourate.
