Great Hotel

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights at end of November, and all I can say is you won't be disappointed. It's probably one of the best, if not the best hotel in the Sharm el Sheikh region. The hotel is amazing and its facilities top notch (bedrooms, restaurants, bars , swimming pools spa and entertainment stages) . However what really sets this place apart is the service from the staff (who were always happy to ensure that we were taken care of ). I will like to give special mention to following staff who made our trip extra special, Oskana (guest relations supervisor) who sorted out any issues we had during our stay, Binay (Asian Restaurant manager) who accommodated us at his restaurant at short notice , Mina (Peoples Restaurant manager) who made sure our evening meal on departure date would be ready promptly (and actually took our order prior to restaurant opening) so we could make our airport transfer in time . Also we received great service from the following staff Mohamed Fasad (at the Front Desk) , Mustapha (Food Court Chef/Manager) who made special Burgers for us at Lunch (because we are Vegan) and lastly our housekeeper, I'm not sure if I got his name right Mohammed Odena (who cleaned our room 11106) and always checked daily if we needed anything. In summary this is a great hotel however I 'm making a couple of suggestions which I think would have elevated our experience . Offering one a la carte restaurant at lunch would be great (similar to your sister hotel Rixos Adult - who do this at their Salt restaurant). Also offering a welcome drink to guest ( and maybe warm towel ) at Check in would be appreciated - and not just a decanter at the entrance offering self service . Mr Roy

It was a really relaxing experience, lots on offer especially for kids. Loved the variety of food. I thought the aqua park was fantastic, the heated pools were an added bonus

Exceptional experience, guest demographic the downfall

I’ll keep it short! The staff are brilliant, from check-in to check-out, all 10 guests were upgraded to brilliant rooms. The food is exceptional and highly impressive for an all inclusive in Egypt and in general, I have quite a weak stomach and did not have any stomach issues at all which I came fully stocked and prepared for. The staff are brilliant, they are jovial, kind, friendly & make the experience much more enjoyable and personable. A special shoutout to Mohammed who works the Veranda restaurant, Salwat who drives the buggies. These staff really stood out to us, little things like remembering our orders everyday and taking us on separate buggy rides. I mostly aim to travel luxury when by myself however this was a family+family friend trip and I had no intention of coming back but the experience was greatly enjoyable, albeit not necessarily luxury, decor is very much tacky (palm trees and excessive light fixtures) The only downside I can think of are the guests, the hotel experience is tainted by the russian guests who widely lack the social customs of respect, queuing and minding the business that pays you that typically the british do adhere to, it’s uncomfortable being on holiday in AFRICA mind you, and being gawked and pointed at by guests…. Due to the overwhelming presence of the russian guests at the hotel I genuinely do not think I could return which is sad but their vibes are so bad & the staring is abhorrent. The beach is also abysmal, if you’re more beach than pool side, may not be the best option for you. If Rixos Premium Seagate could appeal to a wider variety of guest demographics I would 100% reconsider returning.

This was our 1st time at rixos Egypt, it has been amazing. From the moment we landed the staff was amazing, the facilities are unreal. Would highly recommend to anyone with or without children.
