Best holiday we have ever been on! Could not fault one thing. Yulia and staff were absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be booking the villa again. Yulia was our butler and she could not do enough for us and was so nice….made our trip very special As a family we have been to many countries and we have all said this was the best resort..people, food and villa all excellent and definitely 5 star. Thank you all so much for having us

Reviewed by: Kamrul Islam (Group of 32 – Islamic Family Group) We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Bodrum with a large family group of 32, and overall, we had a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. The hospitality, facilities, and service made this a fantastic family holiday. Positives: From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and professionalism. A special mention goes to Emma and Karl, who served us with smiles and care during breakfast at the Torquais restaurant M, staff at Pupils Restaurant were excellent – they really stood out for their friendly and attentive service. All the front-of-house staff were truly 5-star – professional, helpful, and always ready to assist. We were lucky to receive a room upgrade to a 2-bedroom executive suite, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The cleaning staff did an outstanding job each day – beds were perfectly made, and the room was spotless throughout our stay. The food and drinks across the resort were excellent – high-quality, delicious, and with plenty of variety. The Godiva Café and lobby bar offered great service and relaxing spots to unwind. The Rixy Kids Club was a huge highlight for our children – very secure and packed with engaging activities. The lifeguards by the indoor pool were vigilant and friendly, ensuring safety at all times. Other highlights included the heated indoor pool, breathtaking views, scenic walking paths, clean resort grounds, and the convenient buggy service. The spa facilities were excellent, especially the steam sauna, which was clean and easily accessible. The beach area was beautiful and well-maintained – a perfect place to relax. Areas for Improvement: We did encounter one evening where the service was slower than expected and staff seemed inattentive. However, after raising a complaint, the management handled it professionally, and everything was perfect from the following day onwards. A few other points to consider: • Weather in early April wasn’t the best – we’d recommend booking from late April to September for sunshine. • Spa treatments are quite expensive – we would have used the spa more often if the prices were more reasonable. • Paddle tennis is charged at 50 euros per hour, which felt excessive. • Resort shops and market are pricey – for example, we needed a travel adapter and it was priced at 30 euros. • Not all restaurants were open during our stay, and we had to request for the splash pool to be turned on, which they eventually did. Final Thoughts: Despite a few minor hiccups, our overall experience at Rixos Premium Bodrum was outstanding. The resort is beautiful, the staff are incredible, and the facilities cater very well to families. Thank you to the entire Rixos team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely return in the future!

A truly wonderful family holiday

The reality is that this should be a 4.5 score, as 5 would mean it’s perfect and it’s not quite, but 4.5 is not an option on here, so I have been generous and rounded up! I’ll get the negatives out of the way first: -The pools are not heated; the main pool, villa pools and most importantly the kids’ splash park all have freezing cold water. This would probably be fine in the height of summer, but in April, led to blue lipped, shivering kids! -The staff in the restaurant are helpful, but there was never fresh cutlery bought over without asking and lots of the (fabulous) food options don’t have enough detail on the sign to work out what they are (or if they’re veggie) That’s it. The rest of the review is all glowing! We were unlucky with the weather (unusually cold (very cold!) and sometimes rainy) in early April, but the holiday was still wonderful. We splashed out on a panoramic villa, mainly for the private pool which we didn’t really use (see above) but despite that, it was wonderful. The decor is perhaps dated and not to everyone’s taste, but the service was exceptional and made the holiday. There is a butler service for the villas and ours, Gül, was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel like royalty. We had a few issues with the villa (due to being the first guests to stay this season) but they were all dealt with immediately and whilst the issues didn’t really bother us, the staff seemed genuinely mortified and were very keen to fix it. The villas get access to a private beach area and jetty: we spent a perfect day there- the staff were fab, bringing us whatever we needed, from drinks to blankets, and whilst it wasn’t sunbathing weather, the kids enjoyed playing in the sand and finding shells. The water is crystal clear. The Rixy kids club is also exceptional- our 5 year old twins LOVED it there, and again, the staff made it what it is. Always cheerful, welcoming and offering a genuinely impressive number of activities each day. Our two would have spent the entire day there happily if we hadn’t fished them out! The food is fabulous. A huge array of options at the main buffet restaurant which were all, without exception, fresh and tasty. People’s restaurant was also very good for lunch. Bodrum town is close by (about 600 lira by cab) and a wander round the castle with as a nice way to spend a cold day! There are very few hotels that we would consider returning to as there are so many fabulous places in the world to visit, but we will genuinely consider returning here.

The hotel is genuine luxury, the decor is well designed with quality finishes. You are given personal assistants (Atakan and Asya) who are responsive to every need and all staff are friendly and attentive. It's a true all inclusive and you feel extremely safe (especially for children). The views are incredible!

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Bodrum from April 8 to April 15, and it was an unforgettable experience. Our deluxe room with a sea view was immaculate, featuring luxurious amenities such as soft, large pillows and high-quality toiletries. Upon arrival, the staff provided an extra bed for our daughter, which was not included in the booking—a thoughtful gesture. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, offering fresh and diverse options to suit every taste. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking guides Evelina, Emin, Ekaterina, and Theo, who were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. While we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and plan to return, we suggest improving yoga and Pilates sessions by holding them indoors during cooler weather instead of outdoors. Overall, an excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday!
