Disappointing...!

I booked this holiday as a very important and potentially one of our final holidays all together due to my father in laws health. As you are aware, our entire holiday was ruined because of both my mother in laws broken hand as well as for my 5 days of hospitalisation due to something I either ate or drunk while at your hotel. The main issue of course being my mother in laws broken hand. Not only did that ruin her whole holiday in that she couldn't swim or use any of the facilities, but also just in terms of everyday life even now that she's back as she is battling to dress and perform her usual daily activities. It's clear that you understand the severity of this due to how quickly you reacted once I had provided you with photo evidence. I had explained the importance of this holiday to you and due to the above, it was totally ruined. I appreciate your gesture of 3 days to use again, however what I would like - which I feel is reasonable due to the circumstances-is either a FULL refund for the 5 of us OR for us to redo our holiday fully paid for by yourselves. I will attach the photos again. I hope we will be able to resolve this without me taking further action.

Cleaning is very bad. Floor was very dirty every time after housekeeping CLEANING, so we had to clean it themselves with wet wipes! I guess they just wipe all the floors in the room with one unwashed cloth. Stuff is friendly, helpful. Meal was good. Wine and champagne were awful. They could be better for such as “premium” hotel with 5 stars.

First of all, I would like to ask why awesome man Ozan Kaya working in guest relations? My son forgot his cap in Rixy club. I emmediately wrote there and they keep it. But Ozan Kaya after four days after I wrote him answer me: “We have asked for you but it could not been found” I wrote in kids club again, they answer cap still in kids club. Now I waiting from Rixos to sent this cap to Rixos Abu-Dhabi by 21 February 2025 our next stay. Let me thank all Rixos Premium Bodrum team especially ALPER ALP in the reception and people’s restaurant stuff for beautiful service and unforgettable holiday in Bodrum. Accor membership is the most important thing to make usual holiday to be great. I’m Diamond Accor member and I recommend everyone to use it for upgrade, discount and many other good for you things. Rixos Premium Bodrum hotel has large beautiful territory with fantastic views, nice beach with clear blue water, magnificent old olive trees, personal island and many other facilities. I would like to note nice food, especially fresh croissants in morning, spa is large, guest relations team help quickly, Rixy Club kids club team working nice with children. Bodrum city have super interesting Paul’s Castle and yacht charter with good prices. Weather was +24+25, water was great to swim at the second part of October!

It was the best vacation of our lives. We came to celebrate my birthday and although the a la carte was already closed, as the season is ending, the hotel staff did everything possible to make this day special. I was very surprised. My husband and I are delighted with everything. Starting from the design and interior, everything is very aesthetic, you want to take pictures of every corner. The softest bed, you will not want to get out of it. Food and drinks, service, everything is just at the highest level. Serving dishes like in the best restaurants. And the cocktails here are fantastic. Here you really feel special. Live music every night, it was truly unforgettable. All the details, service, smiling staff and the atmosphere allowed us to really be in paradise. Our favorite hotel, we will definitely come back. Huge thanks to Çağdaş Bey and Ozan Bey thank you very much for your hospitality, your hotel deserves a million stars❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼

I came with my family in October. Upgraded our room and it was money well spent. I am in room 3812 and is one of the best hotel rooms I have ever had. Very clean, great food and friendly staff. First time I have stayed in a Rixos and if they are all like this one looking forward to visiting the others.
