Hiermit möchten wir uns für eine wunderschöne Zeit im Rixos bedanken. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise wurden wir sehr umsogt. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich zu hilfsbereit. Die Zeit ab dem 28.02.2026 wurde für alle Beteiligten zur Zerreisprobe,die Ungewissheit wie der Urlaub ab da weitergeht . Der Angriff auf Dubai kam für alle überraschend. Das Personal hat in der Zeit trotz super Arbeit geleistet. Da ab diesem Zeitpunkt keine Flüge mehr gingen und wir am 05.03.2026 eigentlich nach Deutschland fliegen sollten wurde unser Aufenthalt unkompliziert verlängert. Unser Aufenthalt war dann bis zum 10.03.25 im Rixos. Unsere Nerven wurden auf eine harte Probe gestellt, ob es darum ging die Reiseleitung zu erreichen oder uns mit dem Personal zu verständigen , da wir nur etwas englisch sprachen wurde uns trotz geholfen. Im Restaurante "Seven" waren sehr fleißige und hilfsbereit und stets freundlich Angestellten bei der Arbeit. Was uns leider manchmal nicht gefallen hat, war der Umgang der russischen Gäste mit dem Personal da hat niemand verdient. Als das Hotel langsam leer wurde und wir immer noch da waren, wurde alles möglich gemacht für uns das trotz der Situation noch etwas Urlaubsfeeling aufkam. Als wir dann am 10.03.2025 endlich nach Hause fliegen konnten, war es für uns auch traurig zu wissen das diese Menschen im Hotel nun keine Arbeit mehr haben und auch nach Hause fliegen müssen. Wir bedanken uns von Herzen für die schöne Zeit und wünschen Ihnen alles Gute und das bald wieder ein volles Haus herrscht.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Essensauswahl ist grandios. Musikauswahl in der gesamten Anlage ist etwas störend, zu laut und discolastig. Kaum Abwechslung in der Musikauswahl. In d. Zimmern fehlen Ablagen und im Bad Aufhänge- Möglichkeiten für Handtücher. Ca. 90% der Gäste sind russisch sprechend.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Rixos Bab al Bahr sehr genossen. Es gibt 3 Pools für Groß und Klein, 2 Kinderpools (einer mit Rutschen), ein Adult only Infinity Pool neben dem Strand. Wir haben diesen Pool und die Strandliegen im Adult Only Bereich genützt, da war es sehr entspannt. Sehr freundliches Personal im gesamten Hotel. Die Damen am Empfang im Buffetrestaurant super nett. Exzellente, umfangreiche Essensauswahl im Buffetrestaurant. Wir sind immer im Außenbereich des Buffetrestaurant zum Essen gesessen, da muss man zwar weiter gehen um Essen zu holen, aber es ist einfach ein Genuss zu dieser Jahreszeit draußen zu sitzen. Dazu gibt es noch Spezialitäten Restaurants. Grillstationen, Hamburger- und Hotdog Stände in Strand- und Poolnähe. Es wird großes Augenmerk auf Sauberkeit gelegt, im Restaurant, im Zimmer und in der gesamten Anlage. Sehr professionelle Tanz- und Akrobatikshows am Abend. ***** Es wird auch viel Animation für die Kids und auch für Erwachsene angeboten. Wir können das Hotel für Eltern mit Kindern sehr empfehlen, aber es gibt auch genügend Rückzugsorte für Paare die es ruhiger haben möchten. Also für alle empfehlenswert.
