I am truly sorry to learn that the family room did not meet your expectations in terms of space and that, despite your efforts to rebook on-site, we were unable to offer a suitable alternative during your stay. I fully understand how important comfort is, especially for families, and I regret that we were unable to find a satisfactory solution at the time. It is equally concerning to hear about your experience with housekeeping and public area cleanliness. Please accept my apologies for the shortcomings you encountered, including the condition of the toilets, missing amenities, and the level of room servicing. This is certainly not the standard of cleanliness or service we strive to provide, and your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping leadership team for immediate review and corrective action. Your feedback regarding the overall service experience is taken very seriously.
