Wir waren von 25.02.26-07.03.2026 in diesem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir kannten es noch unter Hilton, jedoch ist es jetzt noch besser. Essen spitze, auch die a la Carte Restaurant, welche man vorher buchen muss sind sehr gut.

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern (8 Monate, 3 Jahre) in dem Hotel. Die Lage am privaten Strand ist wunderschön, die Anlage ist groß und weitläufig, daher hat sich alles immer gut verteilt und man hatte nie das Gefühl das es überfüllt ist. Wir hatten zu jederzeit freie Liegen und einen Platz zum Essen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Service war fantastisch (ein besonderes Dankeschön an Abhishek, Nadia und Snow die einen perfekten Service gemacht haben), das Essen lies keine Wünsche offen und die Freundlichkeit des Personal, insbesondere unseren Kindern gegenüber war einzigartig. Wir hatten eine Villa ziemlich am Ende der Anlage und haben daher oft den buggy Service genutzt. Das hat super funktioniert, wir hatten kaum Wartezeiten und die Fahrer waren sehr zuvorkommend (danke Jerry und Hammad ihr wart super!). Eine kleine Kritik gilt den Zimmern, die teilweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig sind. Ansonsten war es für uns der perfekte Aufenthalt und ihr kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Die Hotelanlage ist ein Traum! Freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Essen war vielfältig, mit den verschiedenen à la Card Restaurants hat mann auch eine grosse Abwechslung. Das Hauptrestaurant war zur Dinner-Zeit zum Teils überfüllt, aber wir waren relativ früh Essen und somit konnten wir den grossen Ansturm umgehen. Ansonsten unbedingt die anderen Restaurants vor-reservieren, dann hat man seine Ruhe! Grosse Begeisterung gilt dem Sportprogramm und Kids Club! Die Fitnessinstruktors waren alle sehr Sympathisch und haben tolle Programms für Klein und Gross angeboten! Den ganzen Tag über verteilt konnte man Kurse besuchen, was natürlich genial ist. Auch der Kids Club hat mega tolle Aktivitäten organisiert und das ganze Team ist auch mega toll! Wie bereits erwähnt, wir können nur davon schwärmen und werden nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder kommen!

Schöner gepflegter Strand. Villa ist angenehm und luxuriös wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Klimaanlage, Dusche). Überall sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Essen. Schöne grüne Anlage. Terrasse vor dem Hauptrestaurant zu klein und es wird nichts gegen die vielen Vögel (Dohlen) unternommen.
