Danilo der Golfwagen Fahrer war der beste. Rezeption und Restaurant buchen Katastrophe. Wir waren 13 Personen Transfer auch ganz schlecht, die ältesten schrottautos die es gibt

Zum nunmehr 8. Mal in Folge sind wir seit 2019 jährlich Gast in diesem Resort. Seit der Übernahme durch Rixos hat sich vieles wieder zum Besseren verändert. Sehr positiv ist uns das Angebot von Speisen und Getränken aufgefallen, welches sehr umfangreich und qualitativ hochwertig ist. Insbesondere die Wahlmöglichkeit zwischen Buffet und a-la-carte Restaurant finden wir super! Lediglich das Reservierungssystem sollte hier noch überarbeitet werden - so ist es leider nicht möglich am Anreise-Tag Abends A-la-carte zu essen, Reservierungen sind 2 Tage im Voraus möglich, was bei Anreise dazu führt, dass die ersten 3 Tage ggfls keine Plätze mehr vorhanden sind. Außerdem gab es leider teils nur sehr wenig Kontingente über den QR Code zu buchen. Es wäre sehr komfortabel wenn dies besser ausgebaut würde. Sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich war das Servicepersonal, namentlich vor allem Faruk Hossain aus dem Buffet-Restaurant. Auch Islam hat sich nett um uns gekümmert. Einziges Manko war die späte und doch sehr laute Animation am Abend auf der Hauptbühne, die man auch im weit entfernten Strandbungalow wahrnehmen konnte.

We also regret that the evening animation volume affected your comfort, particularly in the beach bungalow area.
