Zimmer alt, kein Platz im Frühstücksraum, die Reservierung in den Restaurant geht nicht man muss zum Desk, der Strand war voll Algen für 6 Tage , es stand 11 Tage eine defekter Bugi and der Bar, Animation auf Russisch,

I truly appreciate your honesty and the effort you made to highlight both the positives and the areas where we fell short. I am very sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced during your stay. It is disappointing to learn that the room condition, bathroom facilities, and balcony cleanliness did not meet your expectations, and that the ‘Make Up Room’ and ‘Do Not Disturb’ buttons were not functioning properly. I also regret the inconvenience caused by the beach condition, the broken buggy at the bar, and the limitations with restaurant reservations and space. Your comments regarding breakfast and our bars have been carefully noted. I apologize for the waiting times, the occasional unavailability of certain items, and the experience you had with the bar atmosphere. We continuously strive to balance our entertainment, restaurant operations, and bar services to provide comfort and enjoyment to all our guests, and it is clear in this case that we did not fully meet that standard. Please rest assured that I have shared your feedback with the relevant teams so that corrective measures are taken where possible-from improving operational flow in our restaurants to reviewing the maintenance and comfort of our rooms and bars. Sehr gutes Essen am Buffet. Sehr großzügige Anlage mit ausreichend Platz am Pool/Strand trotz Vollbelegung. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist aus den 80-igern: dunkelbraune Holzmöbel, altes Schlafsofa, alter bunter Teppich, veraltete laute Klimaanlage. Trotz Platz im Bad waren die Toilette und das Bidet so eng und wandnah verbaut, dass die Benutzung für größere Menschen stets eine Herausforderung war. Professionelle Trainer für die Gym Veranstaltungen. Leider verschiedene Musik zur selben Zeit vom Theater, Restaurant und Bar, die sich gegenseitig übertönen. So geht die schöne Life Musik im Steakhouse total unter. 97% russische Gäste. Sehr viele Kinder. Mehrfache Hinweise auf eine defekte Türklinke zum Notfalltreppenhaus würden trotz Beteuerungen, man würde sich sofort drum kümmern, nicht während unseres Aufenthalts repariert. Sehr aufmerksames und nettes Personal im Buffetrestaurant, jeder Getränkewunsch wurde einem von den Lippen abgelesen, jede Reklamation umgehend beseitigt. Einfach nur klasse!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich, besonders hervorheben möchte ich hier den Restaurantmitarbeiter Islam. Die Qualität und Auswahl der Speisen waren sehr gut. Das Weihnachtsprogramm war ebenfalls sehr gut. Zusammengefasst muss man sagen: Tolle Shows, Sehr gutes Essen, und Top Service wie man es von Rixos-Hotels erwartet und gewohnt ist.
