Our security team responded immediately when the situation was brought to their attention, separated those involved and spoke with the guests concerned. The incident was also reviewed on our CCTV system. We do not condone violence in any form, and we regret that you and your husband were left feeling that the matter was not handled appropriately. Understandably, you describe an experience that was distressing, and we are sorry for the impact it had on your holiday. Where an incident involves potential criminal conduct, the appropriate course is for those affected to report it to the local authorities, and we will cooperate fully with any investigation, including providing our CCTV records. We are sorry that you felt some guests received preferential treatment. Our team aims to treat every guest with the same care and standard of service, irrespective of nationality or language.
