I'd stayed at this hotel in 2020 when it was Novotel; not much has changed since. There's still a great breakfast and dinner, room service and the reception are both excellent. It is a little far from the city centre, but convenient to get to the airport and walk to SCC. But the biggest problem is that rooms are very dark- they should put in more/brighter table/floor lamps, or remove the external cladding of tinted glass.

Sara Hana Alma thank you very much for making it a great stay n the upgrade n the cheerful smile n everything. The breakfast quality was not good at all. The house keeping is so greedy in giving water and tea n was not pleasant.
