離市中心遠，飯店整體還算蠻高檔的，但是我們的房間靠近C電梯，當有人使用的時候很吵。不應該有房間就在電梯旁邊。

We were surprised with a big upgrade because of Gold. Wow. Good welcome. Pool is great. Restaurant was ok, a pitty is no-alcohol in the restaurant/bar. Breakfast is top in terms of buffet and service. Free parking outside the hotel. We had nice experience.

Room 225 had extremely dirty windows with spider webs. The lighting decoration from the front of the building was hanging right in front of the window, so the curtains had to stay fully closed all night. The water tap was poorly fitted, and you had to be very careful when using it to avoid spraying water everywhere. The shower cabin didn’t have right size protective glass, so water would splash across the entire bathroom during a shower. Also, I never received a response to my email request for a proposal, so I ended up booking through Booking.com.

The stay was pleasant. The hotel is in a nice area near the river and there are trams to go to the city center or its a lovely walk cca 30 mins. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and i liked the tea set and minifridge. The receptionists were very kind and helpful, i would just taks a look at the breakfast, it could do with some improvement. I was disappointed i cant have a glass of wine as a welcome drink.
