Hello Maria, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at Mama Shelter Paris West. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your room, found it clean, and appreciated the comfort of the bed 🛏️✨. However, we are sorry to learn that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the lack of in-room coffee and tea facilities, as well as the limited options for enjoying a hot drink outside of the full breakfast. We also regret that the availability of our terraces was impacted by private events during your stay. For the next time, you can choose the XL or XXL Mama were coffee and tea machine are at your disposition. The breakfast team also accept to only prepare some tea or coffee at breakfast time, you can totally ask them :) Your comments are very valuable to us and will be shared with our teams as we continuously work to improve our guest experience. We are sincerely sorry that your recent stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding room cleanliness, the bathroom condition, the air conditioning issue, and the breakfast experience.
