Prima kamer met goed bed, maar weinig extra’s: geen koffie of thee. Ook ‘‘s morgens in het hotel nergens mogelijkheden voor koffie of thee anders dan een heel ontbijt. ‘s Avonds weinig mogelijkheden om wat te drinken op een terras want het ene terras is voor dineren en het andere was enkele keren verhuurd voor een privé party.

However, we are sorry to learn that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the lack of in-room coffee and tea facilities, as well as the limited options for enjoying a hot drink outside of the full breakfast. We also regret that the availability of our terraces was impacted by private events during your stay. For the next time, you can choose the XL or XXL Mama were coffee and tea machine are at your disposition. The breakfast team also accept to only prepare some tea or coffee at breakfast time, you can totally ask them :) Your comments are very valuable to us and will be shared with our teams as we continuously work to improve our guest experience. We hebben 2 nachtjes in Mama Shelter West geslapen en dat was top. De familiekamer was super leuk en sfeervol. Het ontbijt en het personeel was super.

Wij komen regelmatig in dit hotel. Helaas zien we de kwaliteit afnemen. Kamer was minder schoon als anders, ontbijt was chaotisch, veel op, geen enkele schone tafel, personeel laat glas vallen en laat groot deel liggen
