Perfectly run hotel, professional hospitality. We liked all the details and atmosphere. The lounge on the 51st floor is amazing. The only improvement I could mention is that the pool should be a little warmer in winter. If we ever come again to Dubai, it will be at this Sofitel.

One of the Receptionist was so rude. He didn’t even bother to support. Despite we had no special requests except for our group of 4 to have late check out at 2 PM!! And despite the fact that another group coming with us was easily facilitated in the same request by another receptionist. Services in such 5 stars hotels should be standardized and not depending on someone own wishes and interests!! Unfortunately very disappointed.
