성수기임에도 얼리체크인을 무료로 진행하고 예약시 요청사항도 다반영해주시고 기념일 디저트도 제공되어 너무 감동이었습니다 1박만 머무른게 아쉬울정도였어요 다만 샤워실 배수가 아쉬웠어요 그부분만 개선된다면 완벽할거같습니다♡

신혼여행으로 소피텔에 묵었습니다. 직원들께서 대체로 아주 친절하셨어요. 수영장도 쾌적하고 시설도 깔끔했습니다. 객실도 깨끗하고 청결하게 유지되고 어매니티도 좋았습니다. 시설, 조식 퀄리티 모든게 좋았지만 특히나 직원들의 서비스와 친절함이 기억에 남네요.
