It was amazing staying in pullman and it's so amazing breakfast food and dinner and I would like to appreciate on staff guy who are working with a kind heart and good service that I have seen any other hotels than pullman hotels thank you so much Ashuu and Amlesh and his friends Chandra to be friendly and good service with talking so politely I would like to come again next year on summertime 😊

Aircon for hotel rooms is very bad specially at night. No idea what the staff does from their main control that aircon doesn't work properly and room gets hot. Then in midnight have to call repair person to reduce aircon temperatures. have stayed in pullman more than 20 times since last 10 years and have faced same issue in all my trips.

This was our second stay here, the first being 10 years ago. The hotel is located a short trip from the airport (either by metro or by car) and is connected to Deira City Centre Mall and the City Centre Deira metro station. The metro station is on the red line which means it is easy to get to most places in Dubai. We were given an upgrade to a executive floor room on arrival meaning we could access the executive lounge on the 11th floor during the afternoon for snacks and drinks. Our room was quite big and comfortable. The room was quiet and dark so we both slept well. The air-conditioning worked well which was great after a day out in Dubai's heat. Breakfast was as good as we remembered it from our last visit. Plenty of choice, the highlight for us was the pancake machine churning out fresh pancakes continuously. Sadly, we had an early flight out so we missed out on breakfast on the third morning. Overall, we had another great stay here and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Very good and gym trainer excellent l reduced my weight from 135kgd to 103kgs and the rooms are very good but the corridors are smelly but odour coming.The reception it's very accomondative especially the gym trainer Michael.The house preparing rooms 301 very and honest.
