The room was clean and welcoming. It was cleaned as expected everyday but the hooks on the bathroom door for the towels are useless, the towels keep falling off. The staff were polite and courteous and I would like to make a special mention of Dushmanthan who was very polite and helpful. He readily helped us weigh our luggage and was always ready with any help we required. I would also like to say thank you for the special treatment in the form of a birthday cake for my sister who celebrated her birthday on the 14/12/24. We were also welcomed warmly at the pool bar. Overall we are satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

Very great services, clean rooms, amazing ambience, very helpful staff, great food, very convenient most especially because of the inbuilt mall which is so close thus making it so easy to go and get whatever you need and you actually don't need to leave the hotel at all

The service and hospitality was amazing. Fazle took great care of the team and provided us everything that we needed. The food, staff and arrangements were on point and as promised. They could add some eggless bakery to their menu for vegan people.

Good hotel with lift at 2 level to shoping center first level is breakfast has smoking floor also over all a very good place to go ,I stayed at 8 floor which was a good floor clean environment and speedy lift check in process at hotel need improvement as they take too much time to check in
