We are thoroughly enjoying our time here the residence is beautifully maintained, the location is outstanding, and the staff have been especially attentive and welcoming. We particularly appreciated the Gym and the warmth of your team, which has made our visit truly memorable. We would love to bring our family back the next time we are in Dubai, as this experience has exceeded our expectations. I have a small request regarding our departure. Would it be possible to arrange a checkout at 2pm tomorrow? As it is Juma and we anticipate that traffic will be quite heavy, a later checkout would be greatly appreciated. From beginning to end, our vacation was very enjoyable and relaxing. A great thanks to Linlin. For late check out, loads more for both Asad and Muhammad for all attention and caring at breakfast time, also for the one who cares for us at Dinner and last but not least for all those at valet and concierge who helps us for our taxi and luggage’s. Pullman is a good residence for family and it's a good experience with food and well maintained hygiene and warm Staff kind and responsive. Can't forget Magret at the restaurant wearing her smile at all times seeking to know our well being and ensuring our comfort.

We checked in at Pullman Deira City Centre early in the morning, all of us very tired. We were warmly welcomed by a staff member named Thidar. She was extremely patient, caring, and helpful. Her smile truly made a difference, and she took the time to explain everything clearly. A very pleasant and comforting start to our stay.
