We had an amazing staycation at Raffles Jakarta. The service was truly outstanding, especially thanks to Ms. Valen, who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. She greeted us warmly, handled our check-in smoothly, introduced us to our room, and ensured everything was perfect until our checkout. Ms. Valen made our stay extra special by remembering my children’s names and creating personalized cards for them, which they absolutely treasured. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels, but this experience was particularly memorable due to the exceptional hospitality of Ms. Valen and the entire team.

Top service. For butler, I just need to whatsapp to ask for service. The room is massive and well designed. Breakfast, the guest has ample choice. Service is pretty much personalized. Connection bridge to lotte shopping mall is very convenient too.

This time I came to Raffles Jakarta for Event. What I enjoyed from My Meeting Room this time (Jakarta, 2nd Floor) : the reception area for coffee break, the quality of AV and the fast response of Banquet waiter to provide me with sudden request such as additional flipchart stand and markers. The food items were tasty especially the Singapore Chili Crab Pau… super yummy.. accompanied with my dilmah tea
