I don't think I've been to any other hotel that has service as great as Raffles Jakarta. Right from the get go, we were warmly welcomed to the compound by the staff. Check in was really smooth, courtesy of one of our butlers, Pingkan. She made sure we were well settled in and we were pleasantly surprised with the goodies that were given to us since we were celebrating our anniversary. Throughout the stay, our butlers, Valen and Dwiki also went above and beyond to ensure our needs were all taken care of. We loved the bedtime ritual that we got it for 2/3 of our nights there. Room service, housekeeping were all done perfectly and the food was absolutely lovely. We had a memorable stay at Raffles Jakarta and will definitely be thinking about it for a long time. Looking forward to coming again! Thank you to the team at Raffles Jakarta for making this a home away from home.

Quite simply probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything about this place is impressive. It truly is high class. Classy decor with attentive and friendly staff. Extremely professional and secured my late check out with minimum fuss. The rooms are spectacular and befitting royalty. Its urge anyone visiting Jakarta to stay here simply to treat yourself to such a pleasant experience. Great breakfast also.

we enjoyed the stay very much. the hospitality of the Raffles team is topnotch. good food and ambience. this was the second time we stayed but no regret. although on the first stay we get a garden looking view it was quite, this time we get the street/city view it was quite noisy from the vehicles at night. but for sure we will certainly come back again.
