A very nice hotel, and they even had a very helpful security, he even help me with my luggage. I wanted an early check in, and the female staff at the check in counter, Kak Baby, was very helpful, so i can check in at 11 am. Thank you Ibis budget Menteng, very recommended and a very nice place to stay in the heart of Jakarta.

My stay was perfect from check in till check out. Special thanks to Ms. Uchi receptionist at the front desk and all of the team. checked me in early to a street view. Special thanks to the housekeeper Mr Rio always on time room very clean with full amenities. Thanks to all in the hotel for their attention, follow-up & polite attitudes❤️❤️❤️

Convenient location and they also offer early check in for free. Staff are nice and the place is clean. I recommend the hotel for budget travellers. Stores and restaurants are nearby. If you are in for a city tour this hotel is perfect. We definitely will come back next time.

Initially I stayed at the Ibis Hotel just to rest, but when I was in the Hotel it was fun because I was always welcomed every time I met the staff, everyone was helpful, from the nice room it smelled good, the service was good and thanks to the receptionis especially with Ms. Uchi for helping to recommend tourist attractions, , nice hotel close to the airport transportation is easy to get❤️❤️
