一階ロビーのバーで、夜12時ころまで軽食が提供されるとうれしかった。夜のコンサートから帰還すると10時過ぎてしまったためホテルでの食事ができなかった。

This hotel completely failed us. We booked two connecting rooms and arrived to find they simply ignored our request and forced us into two separate rooms. The staff showed zero willingness to help and didn’t care at all about the inconvenience they caused. Totally unprofessional and not worth your money.

The hotel is one of the cheap finds I can find with a good location. It is adjacent to the westbanhoff. It is close to the shopping street and many restaurants. I like the kication as ut is a short ride to the palace and a short ride to the old town. It is cheap as the fridge is not included. It is okay because we are getting ice from the bar downstairs. The soundproofing is quite nice although it is near the main road and train station. The beds are okay as well and was able to sleep properly.

Poor personal hygiene on the part of a receptionist who greets customers with greasy hair, dirty fingernails and dirty teeth. It is deplorable to find this kind of situation in a 4-star hotel. The manager should be uncompromising about the appearance of his employees and should not forget to ask them to smile at customers and be friendly.

The hotel was rated 4* and it most definitely not. I would rate our room 2* at best . Only one spare socket to use for charging phones. The outside the main entrance was covered in cigarette ends only clean on our last evening due to the restaurant having a private party with a disco on the last night of our stay. Our room was right above it was like having a disco in the room I could her the guest sing until after 2am. Spoke to the receptionist and was informed it has nothing to do with the hotel. I would not visit this hotel again
