到着した夜2:00頃、非常ベルで起こされた。宿泊客は全員ロビーに集まり消防署が駆けつけて館内をチェック、その後ベルを止めて帰って行った。フロントデスクの小柄なヒゲの男性は何も説明しなかった。 メガネをかけた背の高い男性は、微笑むことを知らないようで、いつも不快な気分になった。 他のスタッフの良さを消してしまう2人のフロントはこの仕事に向いているのでしょうか?　 バスルームに髪の毛が大量にへばりついていました。掃除はきれい好きな人にお願いします。 みなさん、きちんと支払いされないからかなあ。

ウィーン西駅に近く、アクセスが非常に良かった。部屋も予想していた以上にきれいで過ごしやすかった。

久しぶりに泊まりましたが、とっても快適に滞在出来ました。 スタッフに愛想はないですが、的確にこちらの用件を聞いてくれます。 部屋の広さも十分にあり、かなり外は寒い季節でしたが、部屋の暖房も機能していました。 建物自体は経年劣化した部分も見られますが、清掃は行き届いていてきれいにされています。 西駅からも至近距離で寒い中帰ってきても苦になりませんでした。 空港からのアクセスがバス（電車に比べ高い）だと乗り換えなしなのですが、電車だと一回乗り換えないと着かないのが立地的に残念ですが、それでもコストパフォーマンスの高いホテルだと思います。

一階ロビーのバーで、夜12時ころまで軽食が提供されるとうれしかった。夜のコンサートから帰還すると10時過ぎてしまったためホテルでの食事ができなかった。

欧州のホテルとしては狭く、古めかしい。11月なのにエアコン必要なくらい、部屋が暑くなる。
