Dorint Hotelの頃からリピートで利用していましたが、ポリシーの変更でMercureなのにミニバー、室内金庫が一切なくなってしまったのは残念です。また、ゴージャスが売りだった朝食ビュッフェが貧弱になっていてがっかりしました。

But we would like to inform you that you have booked a budget room. The low overnight rate is the star attraction of these rooms, which do not include the usual Mercure standard features such as a safe, minibar, kettle, or full air conditioning (only central air conditioning that cannot be regulated). We hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future, and your next visit will be more pleasant as the previous one. 到着した夜2:00頃、非常ベルで起こされた。宿泊客は全員ロビーに集まり消防署が駆けつけて館内をチェック、その後ベルを止めて帰って行った。フロントデスクの小柄なヒゲの男性は何も説明しなかった。 メガネをかけた背の高い男性は、微笑むことを知らないようで、いつも不快な気分になった。 他のスタッフの良さを消してしまう2人のフロントはこの仕事に向いているのでしょうか?　 バスルームに髪の毛が大量にへばりついていました。掃除はきれい好きな人にお願いします。 みなさん、きちんと支払いされないからかなあ。
