We appreciate your feedback and regret that we were unable to meet your expectations. We are sorry to hear that your arrival experience did not reflect the warm welcome we strive to provide our guests. We place great importance on friendly and welcoming service, and it is unfortunate that we were not successful in this instance. We have noted your comment regarding the room cleaning. Our approach of cleaning rooms every two days supports our sustainable practices. However, we understand that this may not always be ideal in a business context, and we will take your feedback into consideration. Regarding the technical difficulties with your television, we regret the inconvenience caused. Our goal should always be to provide quick and effective solutions, and we will pass your comments on to our technical team to ensure that such situations are handled better in the future. We also take your comments about the noise from the elevators and the security door seriously, and we recommend our guests inquire about quieter rooms when making a reservation. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the location of the hotel and that you can recommend the Loggia Italian Restaurant.
