場所は抜群で、目の前にスーパーもあるので、買い物も楽です。難点はお部屋が狭い(笑)。寝るだけだったら問題なしです。シャワーに関してですが、全身洗浄液しかないので、コンディショナーが必要な人は持参してください！

The main issue was that the doors to the rooms banged when closed, which woke me multiple times during the night. Staff said that's just how it is because of the locks. The room was small, the pillows were lumpy, and the walls and floor had dried splashes on them. Also, it would be better if the room had a safe. A staff member was unsure of the booking system and charged us a second time. It was quickly corrected when I gave information to other staff the next day. The people hanging out in the square and sleeping on the street may make solo travellers wary. Overall, it was overpriced, and I would not recommend it.

Perfect location 5 min walk to metro. There is a supermarket across the hotel. Rooms are big & well cleaned. air condition is enough. There is a big sitting &resting area have table football.We didn't have breakfast but they have breakfast 06:00-10:00.

Slightly better than Travel Lodge (UK) standards. Functional. Only stayed as my other colleagues were staying here because of the price. Bad points: - No kettle or coffee machine. You are forced to rely on a coffee machine downstairs which is Euros 2.60, which is quite expensive. This is their sneaky way of making money. - The breakfast is extremely poor value for money at 20 Euros. Only the croissants are nice. No toasted bread. No cheese spread. No other pastries. No fresh juice. Poor selection of everything. You can have a better breakfast outside the hotel. There is a waffle maker but most people are adults and dont want to use it. - Very difficult to get the iron or board. -Rooms are quite small. - No telephone in the room or writing pad. No suitable table to work on. Most people work downstairs in the lobby/restaurant area but there are a number of plug points. -No fridge. -No complimentary water. - Only shower gel and no other toiletries - The bed linen and pillows seemed very basic and poor quality. - One of my colleagues had a mouldy shower and black stuff coming out of it. Good points: -Location is great near to the Uban station, shopping area and zoo. This is the main reason any person will stay here. - Some of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me how to visit some sights patiently. The Croatian guy and the young hippie man with the long hair at the reception gets a thumbs up. -A small grocery store which is a major plus point. - Good number of restaurants , (some with halal options). Avoid the Turkish street side food vendor opposite to the grocery store. However the Turkish restaurant called Reva is great and very reasonably prices. There is also a sisha place and some places which sell souvenirs nearby. - Despite the no frills room, it is very clean. My shower was nice and no mould.

The staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities, while not extravagant, were just right for a relaxing experience. The hotel’s location was super convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I also appreciated the variety in the breakfast buffet—it had something for everyone. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I'd definitely consider coming back.
