I was bitten by bedbugs in this hotel - for the first time in my life (and I am a frequent traveller with wide geography of travel)! Never ever again.

Lovely hotel, but not central

Lovely hotel, great room, great breakfast, great spa, but if you want to be within walking distance of central activities, don't stay here We stayed here for three nights on a city-break to Berlin. Unfortunately I was misled by the reviews describing it as central and made the schoolboy error of not checking the map properly. It's perfectly accessible - 20 minutes of so by bus.

While our location in City West offers proximity to areas like Kurfürstendamm and Tiergarten, we understand it may require a short journey to reach other parts of the city. The Pullman in Berlin is a very comfortable modern hotel , excellent location close to transport and taxis just outside. I stayed on the third floor at the far end of the corridor room 355, comfortable clean bedroom, and bathroom but some upkeep work is needed with a small spot on the ceiling could do with some fresh paint, otherwise powerful shower. The only thing that was a let down was the poor wifi signal that kept cutting me off from it while using my tablet in my room, may I suggest that how about you use some signal wifi boosters at the end of the corridors this would improve the network a lot. The dining areas in the hotel comfortable and in the blend bar and lounge excellent choice of beverages and food , breakfast has plenty of choice in the morning , the staff did their best to make sure everything well stocked and the cocktails in the bar excellent choice, spa and pool very clean and comfortable. My only concern was with paying a deposit when I checked in (€240) which I hope will be given back when I checked out yesterday (2nd december) given the rate I pay for the stay and then had to pay for city tax at the end , I feel that this needs to be reviewed , not saying that nothing was wrong but just felt a bit taken advantage of , I have stayed in a number of decent hotels in Europe and never had to pay that much for a deposit. Otherwise my stay was comfortable regardless of this issue.

Feeling like home at Pullman Berlin Hotel after a long flight. Check-in was easy and fast and a comfortable suite was waiting for a very good sleep. Looking very forward at their food and beverage.

Went to the hotel in August and it did not disappoint. Beautiful entrance and amazing rooms. Everything high spec. I had messaged a lovely supervisor in the hotel before arriving to ask some questions and were so so helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Lovely fresh daily juice specials and egg / omelette. Spa was a highlight too. Free of charge and has easy access from the room via a special lift. Huge pool, nice sun terrace and sauna / steam room. Went to bar at night a few times. Staff there generally ok. Because of the spa this is my go to hotel for Berlin.
