What a magnificent hotel. It's not just its central location close to shopping centers. These are the people, the team members who are very kind and ready to help and always with a smile. The rooms are ordinary but maintained to a high standard. The breakfast buffet is rich, contains a variety of products presented in an aesthetic way. In short, if you are thinking of a hotel in Berlin, this hotel is an excellent option

Hotel was lovely in a ‘leafy’ quiet area right opposite Zoo and close to Underground trains and the 200 bus just 2 minutes up the road that basically went to Potsdamer Platz close to all the main sites. Very efficient, very easy to get around and Ku’damn area very nice! Hotel great! But no air con as apparently they turn it off in Autumn?! fair enough but room was like a sauna and the windows only open a small amount. Beautifully clean and comfortable though! Mini bar and kettle. Took me a while to realise you had to pull the drawer out to get the kettle to work, could be a bit more generous in coffee/ sugar offerings! The only other thing I’m going to mention is lack of own ‘advertising’. We weren’t told about breakfast when checking in. Info on the tv limited and was a bit disappointed to find that they did bar snacks in the bar as only aware of full restaurant menu. In the old days there used to be always a directory in the room which had all info you needed. Just would off like to have eaten in the bar one evening in more a casual setting. Would definitely stay again though!

However, we apologize for any discomfort due to the room temperature and the air conditioning being turned off during Autumn. We appreciate your feedback on the need for more visible information on amenities and will consider ways to better communicate our offerings to guests. Furthermore, we regret any confusion regarding the kettle operation and will look into making instructions clearer. Finally, we are pleased that you appreciated our hotel's location, which is indeed a stone's throw from the Berlin Zoo and conveniently close to Kurfuerstendamm. I stayed here for many reasons that were applicable to my trip but the fact that the hotel exceeded all my expectations was a massive bonus. Rooms, spotless. The service, exemplary. The breakfast and the food in general, delicious. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The Pullman Berlin is a great hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were lovely and very clean, enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. The price was pretty reasonable considering its great location. Would return if in Berlin again

I stayed for 8 nights and I was totally amazed at the service and attention to detail. My room initially was allotted to the 4th floor where there was an issue with the air conditioner in my room but special thanks to Nino at reception, the concierge and Alfred the bellboy ( if I am not mistaken, from Ghana) were immensely helpful to help me get another room at the 8th floor as I love the room to be cold than hot. You need staff like them to give your brand and hospitality the quality it deserves. The quaint and spectacular interiors especially at the bar and large lobby with the service is class. Cleanliness is to the point and coming back to a well cleaned room is always welcome. I will love to stay here again as I frequent Berlin often for my work. Thank you Pullman Berlin, you all are amazing
