I stayed one night in a Single Room with 1 Double Bed. The location is very good, within a walking distance from Bilbao Intermodal station. Restaurants and other attractions are also within walking distances or on short bus/tram rides. The area looked safe to walk around. The breakfast was relatively simple, but fresh and tasty enough. The room was small but clean. I would consider staying here again if I visit Bilbao in the future.

Stayed here for one night in August 2025. Pros: 1) The place is easy into and out and you don't have to deal with the city traffic. 2) The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. 3) The WIFI was free with good speed and connectivity. 4) The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. 5) Hotel has a underground garage for parking. The parking space is a bit tight, but manageable. 6) The place is quiet at night and the sleep quality is great. 7) The tariff is cheap. 8) It is reasonably close to the Guggenheim area. It is a 20 minute walk each way. Cons: 1) The room and bathrooms are positively tiny. There is hardly any space to move around or keep your things. 2) There is not many places to eat close to the hotel.

We stayed in the ibis budget Bilbao city hotel in May. The location of the hotelwas ideal and close to the supermarket, cafes and transport. The room was compact and had an unusual lay out, no bathroom (as such) the toilet was in 1 room and the sink was on the wall outside in the main room. The shower was also in the main room with a frosted glass door for semi privacy. The bed was confortable, and a good sleep was had for the time we were there. There was air con in the room and the window opened to a safe gap. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced. The breakfast was adequate for a coninental breakfast, the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The check- in/out was quick and easy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bilbao and i would use this hotel next time i am in Bilbao.

Brilliant location, fantastic value and outstanding hospitality from the team. I stayed here for the Europa League Final in May 2025 when the city was absolutely packed with fans and the team made us feel utterly at home despite it being the busiest few days they’ve ever experienced. Room was great and the location of the hotel ensured everything was a few minutes walk away. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough - the team are fantastic.

Great location if you take a bus at Bilbao Intermodal the next day, bars and restaurants nearby. The included breakfast was excellent, room was modern, clean, everything worked. Check out the Turkish Donair restaurant a block away and the bakery.
