Accueil correct Chambre propre Réservation pour 1 chambre lit simple et une chambre twin. Résultats : 2 chambres lit simple Une seule grande serviette par personne Eau chaude qui fluctue avec l'eau froide c'est assez désagréable pendant la douche.

Des punaises de lit ..changement de chambre à minuit 30 sans aucun geste commercial .... impossible de se rendormir car c est l hôtel tout entier qui doit être infesté. Cela fait pourtant plusieurs séjour que je fais dans cet hôtel mais la vraiment la propreté des draps m interroge A noter que souvent le savon dans la douche n est pas rempli

This hotel is beyond amazing. It became my 2nd home for 4 weeks. Dec. 13th, 2022 my father fell in the Paris airport and broke his hip. We were on our way to Germany. I knew no one in Paris and spoke no French. The hospital wouldn't let me stay there. A women in the emergency room that spoke no English wrote on a napkin for me to go to the Ibis Hotel Gonesse. Malik, John, Jean, Angelina, Rahma, Louice, Lucie, Curtis, Lucie, Curtis, and Fransoice became my friends. They asked about my dad everyday, helped me find malls for clothes and groceries (our luggage was also lost for 5 days, fed me, taught me how to use Uber, and kept my spirits up. I will always be grateful. The managers heard my story and gave me a discount. I'm home in America now with my dad and just have to say Thank You to the Ibis Team for hosting a very scared American and creating a safe place. I want to come back to visit someday to play tourist. Much love, Kelly and Dad.

You messed up my holiday. Could anyone explain me this situation? A staff member came in front of the room and waving their fingers at me, my wife and my daughter and shouting with all their voices at the midnight moreover, you have victimized me as a customer. And you tried me to silence it by shouting. what a pity. Is here really Paris? I tried to reach manager but couldn't. We fehlt uncomfortable and unsafety During the staying in Hotel. He was very angry even he didn't make his responsibility. If you don't support this kind of behavior you could contact me. Otherwise I accept you support this oppressive and scary behavior. My children is 4 and 12 years old and scared too much.

We were told we could check in at 12.00 but on arrival no rooms were ready. We eventually checked in at 14.30 but others waited until 17.00. We couldn't have anything to eat or drink as the bar was closed. Bar opened after 13.00 but no food available. The poor receptionist had to manage two check in desks and serve in the bar. Breakfast was poor, no coffee and very little food put out. Hotel is very clean but poorly located on an Industrial estate with a local bus the only way out, this will take you about half way into central Paris. There are no shops or bars etc. Within 45 minutes walking.
