Absolutely amazing service and food. Their gluten free options are clearly explained and plentiful! (Which was a pleasant surprise!) Our waiter Dimitar went above and beyond for us, he was friendly and brilliant with both of our children. He couldn’t do enough for us and our boys found him highly entertaining with his glass tricks! Definitely recommended to anyone looking to stay and eat at Stansted. Will return! Thanks again Dimitar!

Unfortunately due to the worst car hire company ever, Green Motion, I was left stranded at Stansted Airport. Luckily for me it was right beside the Novotel and I explained my situation at reception. They couldn't possibly have been nicer or kinder to me. I can't speak highly enough of the hotel and especially the staff. I have never experienced the kindness afforded to me that night and I certainly will never ever forget it. I want to single out, Otis, Lilith and Bemardo for special mention and praise. The owners of this hotel couldn't have picked better, more helpful or professional staff. Once again thank you all so much for everything you all did for me.

I had to go there for a trip to London, but I won´t be comming back. The staff was very rude at reception and at breakfast. Very strange managers shouting at reception and with staff. Prices are very high and the food is not so great. I wouldn´t recommend to eat at this hotel, instead go to the town or somehwere else and get some better food.

Well what can I say… OTIS what an amazing staff member, I travel around the uk and stay frequently at different hotels. Most receptions are very welcoming and staff are friendly, but Otis went above and beyond to give me the most outstanding service I’ve ever experienced, we need more members like Otis on front of house. Give this guy a pay rise 🔥
