The hotel is impeccably clean, and the services are excellent! The staff is incredibly polite and always ready to assist with anything you need. As someone with a gluten allergy, I felt very safe thanks to their attentiveness and care. I want to extend a special thanks to Chef Sangay for his outstanding support and professionalism. He personally came to my table, guided me in choosing gluten-free options, and even prepared customized dishes for me. That level of service truly stands out. The only downside is the carpeting in the rooms, which I don’t find very hygienic, and the pillows which are not very comfortable, although I must say the rooms themselves are spotless. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return if the opportunity arises.

Food nice found Zara very helpful great service from her and was great with our child jack and she was good with my wife regarding her allergy needs . Food Was nice and didn’t have to wait long you get a lot of food would stay here again great hotel

Clean room, comfy bed & quilts, only didn’t give 5 star as there was no drinking water in the room. Had dinner in the restaurant and couldn’t fault it, there was a nice atmosphere and there was a good choice of food, the quality was great, the menu showed the calories (which is helpful for me) . A special mention for Dimitar, he was excellent! Lovely and friendly Very attentive and nothing too much trouble, we didn’t feel rushed and had a nice relaxing meal.

Clean and ideal for Stanstead Airport plus extended parking possible!

We booked the Novotel the night before our flight from Stanstead, perfect location, easy to find and plenty of parking! You just book the hotel room and then add any parking you need (we booked to leave our car there whilst abroad). Had a meal that evening (bit pricey, but very tasty!) - next morning we caught their minibus to Stansted Airport (£4 per person each way). Upon returning, we caught the minibus back to the Novotel (another £4 per person each way) and collected our car. It was a seamless way to travel and have the car safe whilst we were away (you keep your car keys with you, which we preferred).

Brilliant hotel to use before flying out of Stansted airport. Park in the hotel car park, keep your keys and then use the shuttle bus from the hotel direct to the airport. Would definitely use this hotel again as it was great value and the rooms were a good size and clean and comfortable. Would like to thank Zara in the restaurant for being amazing. I’m not sure if she is a manager, but she had everything under control as the restaurant was busy and she was helping the other staff. I am allergic to gluten and I could not believe how quickly she reeled off the whole menu with what I could have and what the chef would do to avoid cross contamination. Exceptional at her job!
