The front desk staff were friendly. The room service was classy. The cleaning staff were quick and the room was always clean. The pool was always clean with towels available. The views were excellent. There was only good things to see and experience.

As a businessman, I have visited many hotels in the world but i really liked the food and service of that hotel. I've no word for tha quality and taste of food. Shab from housekeeping really hardworker in his work. Well disciplined staff. Thankyu Dubai.

We have meeting on Pullman the stay was so lovely we enjoy the stay and location so close to metro, I am so happy with the staff we meet Intan and Mario upon check out they are so helpful, i will comeback again for next business trip, See you again pullman

We really loved our stay in this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and always available to help. The rooms were great with an amazing view, a lot of space and comfortable beds. We had two rooms with a connecting door which was great. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day and had dinner in the hotel a few times aswell. Farah and the team were great and the breakfast choices were amazing. Do not miss out to order crepes which will be freshly made for you. Metro station is right opposite the hotel and you can walk to marina bay. For us it was the perfect choice.

I enjoyed the stay and hotel experience. The team is super friendly, and the amenities are excellent. I was appreciated as an ALL platinum member. Pullman JLT is definitely trying to create a unique resort-more-than-a-hotel experience. I stayed for a week to work and stayed on the premises most of my time. The room view was great. The facilities were clean. The room service was so friendly, like Jameson offer welcome amenities every day, not only at first day of stay. I much appreciate the variety of drinks at the executive lounge, which is one of the few spots that are staying generous post-COVID. The team there, especially Anish, is ever-welcoming and never wishes to stop the generosity of the facility. It feels so nice to go the extra mile by doing what other hotels are not doing anymore, which is generosity. Frankly speaking, Anish was exceptional by asking for a refill before the drink gets empty, making people in the executive lounge feel well-served. Also, what I like about the hotel is its proximity to the metro, which needs to be more highlighted. The rooms are spacious, and the housekeeping keeps changing all the room amenities every day without asking. Thanks to the Pullman JLT team and its management for the more-than-expected experience. Definitely will come back!
