Recently visited the place, The newly designed looked amazing and great ambience and comfort. Reception staff are very kind and helpful all of them. Got upgraded room to Deluxe executive and amazing room with panaromic view.

I was so excited to come to Dubai and it was my first time and I am so thankful to my friends who recommend this hotel I absolutely loved every moment of It. The pool area was so nice and front desk team were the best including concierge

Had a really nice stay at Pullman JLT. The location is great and the hotel is very comfortable. The reception team was amazing — friendly, helpful, and professional. Food & Beverage was also good with nice service. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would happily stay again.

We recently stayed at the Pullman JLT and were impressed. The hotel hits the 'sweet spot' of luxury and convenience. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and high-end amenities. I want to give a special mention to Alliah for being so professional, welcoming, and attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her warm hospitality really made me feel at home. Between the great views, the delicious breakfast, and the top-tier service from Alliah and the rest of the team, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
