Very beautifull hotel and comfy beds and pillows Pool and lobby newly renovated and well organized Team in hotel very helpfull cafe which is in lobby is very nice Somon,Pramod and Daniyal all are very good

We stayed five nights (we booked 4 rooms!) at Pullman Jumeirah Lakes Towers and were disappointed that it didn’t meet five-star expectations. Cleanliness and service consistency were below Accor standards — the room wasn’t spotless, and staff interactions felt distant. Check-in lacked warmth, and assistance with luggage was minimal. The Club Lounge and breakfast offerings were far below standard for Club Lounges at Accor Hotels. Only the restaurant manager (1e Floor) stood out for his professionalism and quick action. Even the follow-up email felt formal rather than genuinely engaging. A hotel with potential, but service and attention to detail need real improvement.
