Basic clean hotel, great location to airport

We had a very early flight so decided to stay at the Ibis on our last night instead of in the city. The room was basic but comfortable and we had a good nights sleep even though our room faced towards the runway. There is a coffee station in reception where you can help yourself to drinks as there isn’t a kettle in the room. Breakfast starts at 4 am and was just what we needed before our early flight. A short walk under a covered walkway took us to the terminal in about 5 minutes. Not a cheap option but we were happy with our stay for the convenience it gave us.

An excellent solution for those who need to sleep near the airport in Budapest. Very nice and friendly staff. Rooms are definitely good. Excellent breakfast, very rich selection. A bar works 24/7 and it's great for those who are interested. It is a short walk from the airport. Disliked · The price is a bit excessive in my opinion, but there aren't too many options for those who need to sleep near the airport.

I stayed for two nights at IBIS Styles Airport and my rating is as follows. - Positive points: room was clean, personnel is friendly, room well isolated towards the exterior. Good restaurant. - Negative points : room is not well isolated towards the interior (door slamming can be heard). Some technical issues (no warm water in the shower on first morning). Room only with breakfast option, till 10 am, not refundable !

When they advertise within walking distance of Budapest Airport, they mean it. The outside walkway is partially sheltered. We were impressed with the accomodations you get for the money: a comparative bargain. We had a suite: an entry, dressing area, separate living and bedroom (both with TVs), for what many single rooms would cost. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean and quiet. The room decor was stark and modern; not to our taste, but it is a matter of just that - taste. My only complaint: I don't like showers without doors; water gets all over the floor beyond the shower area. The staff was very helpful. Nice little grille on the ground floor with attentive servers. Never thought I could get a good order of nachos in Central Europe, but they were surprisingly good. Way to go, Ibis!

Flew into Budapest airport with my family for an international canoe and Kayak race in Sezged. We stayed at the hotel when we arrive and departed. Perfect location …..150 meter to the airport and 30 meters for our car rental and return…right across the street. The highlight was the 3 morning employees who totally set us up and navigated us around the breakfast buffet. A personal thank you to Daniel, Anna and Bea….they were fantastic. They are the reason I’m writing this review. Three words describe the am breakfast group…. Meticulous , professional and helpful…. The presentation was one of the best I’ve come across in recent travels….. thank you.
