Dear SEA, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. We regret to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and that you encountered issues with the room amenities. I checked the issue with the team, they confirmed that there were towels prepared in the room for the arrival as well, and the receptionist informed you that he could give you extra towels at the reception if needed, but you did not go down to pick them up.
