Good location, very nice rooms. Helpful staff. Overall great hotel, would stay again next time we come to auckland. Wonderful checkin process after a LONG flight. Hotel has stairs and elevators. Nice chandelier. Didn't try the breakfast. P.s. Good pens!

Chose this hotel for location and rating. But was really disappointed. Expensive, cramped and staff weren’t that helpful (except concierge). Due to busy schedule missed dinner but tried to order off in room service. Was told they “out of stock” on everything and to order Uber eats.! Toilet broken and dirty, shower just Luke warm. Whole stay left me cold. There are better places to stay in Auckland it seems.

This is a lovely little hotel, located in the heart of downtown Auckland. Everything downtown is walkable! It is a little hard to find at first, as it is tucked in between shops on Queen Street. We arrived very early, and the hotel worked to have our room available for an early check-in, which was lovely after 17 hours on the plane. The concierge service is top tier, the rooms are very clean and well-appointed.

This is a phenomenal place and I will always stay here in future. Sitting right on Queen Street, downtown Auckland, we were within walking distance of everything. The room was small but very nice. We had a coffee pod machine, jug, and small fridge. Very convenient location.
