We had lunch and we were served by Maggie , hands down fantastic service , she went above and beyond and made sure our lunch was amazing .The food was amazing ! Would highly recommend , the view from the restaurant is pretty good too. Hidden gem in the CBD

Dining at Harbour Society is always a memorable experience, but what truly elevates it to another level is the incredible service, especially from Florian. From the moment we walked in, Florian greeted us with genuine warmth that made us feel both welcome and special. Florian made our anniversary truly special and memorable. His attention to detail, deep knowledge of the menu, and impeccable timing creates an enjoyable dining experience from start to finish. What stands out most about Florian is his intuitive sense of hospitality. He strikes the perfect balance between being attentive and giving you space to enjoy the moment. Whether it’s recommending the perfect pairing or accommodating special requests with ease, Florian brings a personal touch that turns an excellent restaurant into an unforgettable evening. The ambiance at Harbour Society is stunning, with panoramic views of the city and harbour, and the food is consistently outstanding—but it’s the service, especially from Florian, that keeps us coming back. He’s a true asset to the team and embodies what world-class hospitality should feel like. Highly recommended for a special night out—you won’t be disappointed! Booked being an Accor member... Absolutely amazing hotel. It's a great location, just a block from the ferry terminal to Waiheke.. Staff was so friendly, and the concierge was great with suggestions for what to do on a rainy day... Must visit the rooftop bar, even just for a drink ... Only negatives: Aircondioning was on a timer, shut off in the middle of the night, so woke up hot. Had to get up and turn back on... Also, on the third day, the room was not made up when returned at 4pm.. It's not a big issue, but used towels were on the floor, need replacing, and bed needed to be remade....

Very smart hotel, very modern key card system. The room was OK but for me having a bath in the room was a total waste of space. The coffee machine wasn’t that good and the housekeeping to our room on the poor side. The location of the hotel is very good.

We loved the hotel and would recommend to anyone wanting a central Auckland base close to shops and restaurants. The staff were super friendly during our stay from the reception to the breakfast they could not have been more helpful. There is a guest service person to greet you and explain the hotel when you arrive which was a great touch. Rooms are well laid out, comfortable beds and big windows to overlook the harbour or city views which we had a bit of both. The pool with sauna area is a fantastic asset within this hotel. This hotel has amazing staff, ambience with location and style we will look forward to our next stay.
