Good size rooms Clean Terrible bathroom visibility so dark cannot see mirror due to mirror light so bright you cannot use it at all Not enough vanity for space do 2 people Breakfast was good

Good location Corner room which was nice though awkward closing all the curtains! Beds very comfortable. Gym not that great but made good use of the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Perhaps expected a little more given the high rating but overall a good choice.

Our flight to NYC is cancelled due to a storm. We paid for our room with American Express and received no perks, $200.00 for late check out, no breakfast. Reception’s attitude was poor, dismissive attitude, no empathy for our situation. We will be staying elsewhere tomorrow night.
