My husband and I spent 5 nights at the Fable Auckland, MGallery hotel in Auckland in January 2025. We loved everything about our stay there. The room was set up very comfortably and there was plenty of room to unpack and settle in. The shower was great. During our stay I needed some help dealing with a problem I had had at a different hotel we had stayed in earlier in our trip. The concierge, Mark Man, went above and beyond to help me. He was so helpful and accommodating we felt like family. I highly recommend this hotel. Another plus is that it is only a couple of blocks from the Warf and we were able to walk there for dinner. It is also easy to access public transportation from there. Mark also had excellent suggestions of things we might enjoy doing during our stay.

Sehr schickes Boutique-Hotel in zentraler Lage in Auckland. Schöne große, saubere und gemütliche Zimmer mit allem Komfort: bequemes Bett, Marmorbad, ausreichend Platz, schöne Tapeten und hilfreiche Accessoires: Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, schöne Teekännchen und Teetassen, Tresor und Bügeleisen. Zum Hotel gehört das Restaurant Cooke’s. Morgens wird dort gefrühstückt. Die Hotelgäste bedienen sich am qualitativ guten Büffet; externe haben die Möglichkeit aus einem Menü auszuwählen. Mittags scheint es auch so etwas wie Afternoon Tea zu geben. Unsere Buchung umfasste neben Übernachtung und Frühstück auch Drei-Gang-Menü, dessen Qualität und sehr positiv überraschte. Auch der Service (in erster Linie vertreten durch Umut) war sehr gut: sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Da wir an einem Freitagabend dort waren kamen wir in den Genuss von Live-Musik. Der Sänger hatte eine sehr gute Stimme und eine angenehme Songauswahl. Für Begleitmusik war sie allerdings leider etwas zu laut eingestellt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Ort, zu dem wir gerne wieder zurückkommen werden.

1人での海外旅行が初めてだったのですが、従業員の方がみんな優しくて安心して10日間過ごすことが出来ました。 部屋も写真通り綺麗で、清掃の方が毎日掃除してくれました。 朝ご飯の時間が朝早くから昼前までやっているので、予定に合わせて食べることが出来ました。 素敵な10日間をありがとうございました。 Thank you Ms.Aom & Mr.Mark!

Väldigt prisvärt! Vi hade bokat 3, men förlängde och stannade 7 nätter istället. Hotellet håller för sin prisnivå en förvånansvärt hög standard, propert. En servicenivå av bästa klass och med en riktigt bra resturang dit vi återkom betydligt flera gånger än vi hade tänkt oss. Några från personalen vi särskilt vill omnämna och ge högsta betyg är mgr Arber, Umut och inte minst hotellets concierge Mark, med flera. En oförglömlig vistelse dit vi gärna kommer tillbaka.
