Arrivés dans l'après midi du samedi , très bel hôtel situé en plein centre d'Auckland et près du port . Chambre grande et spacieuse, mais on entendait le bruit des chasses d'eau, douche et les gens qui parlaient à travers la cloison . En plus , mal tombé ces jours là car il y avait un concert et le bruit des voitures et motos vrombissant le soir après minuit . Personnel de chambre super sympathique et à l'écoute .

Suite très agréable, bien agencée, bien équipée (cafetière Nespresso avec capsules 😉), literie de qualité, belle vue sur le port et surtout hôtel idéalement situé ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est exceptionnel ! 😋

Très bel hôtel, le personnel est au petit soin avec les clients. Les enfants ont droits à un petit pot de glace chaque jours. La chambre très propre. Et tous les jours il y a le "Chocolate Hour" gratuit pour les clients de l'hôtel, qui a ravi les petits et les grands.

Voor een metropool als Auckland is dit centraal gekregen hotel prima. Goed bed, goede service. De auto moest door het personeel worden weggezet, wat achteraf aardig werd doorberekend. Maar er is geen andere optie. Het eten was uitstekend. De tweede ochtend leek het water niet goed warm te worden.

Dear Peter, Heel erg bedankt voor je mooie feedback en voor het kiezen van onze plek. Ik ben zo blij om te lezen dat uw gunstige locatie een hoogtepunt was van uw verblijf bij ons, omdat u zo dicht bij zoveel bezienswaardigheden in de stad bent. Er zijn veel mogelijkheden om zelf in de buurt van ons hotel te parkeren. Als u van plan bent om in de toekomst te verblijven, aarzel dan niet om contact op te nemen met ons conciërgeteam. Zij zullen u graag helpen en u begeleiden. Ik verontschuldig me voor het probleem dat u had met het warme water op de ochtend van uw vertrek, we hebben een probleem met de warmwaterboiler ondervonden, dat zeer snel werd opgelost, nogmaals, het spijt me zeer voor het veroorzaakte ongemak.
