The hotel does little to look after guests Checking in is hard work with staff not trained and haven’t a clue If you are lucky you can table as a hotel guest in the 8th floor restaurant but room service only works until 10.30 and seems the restaurant too No chance as a hotel guest to get a seat at bar do just give up Not worth the effort

Great hotel, really enjoyed it here. Design is excellent and quirky, perfect alternative to the typical stuffy hotels. Adrien was so friendly at check in and made us feel right at home. Small extras like snacks and drinks also made the difference and made it an experience to remember. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

I’ve stayed in many hotels but this is probably my favorite so far. Cool without being pretentious. Interesting decor and all the amenities. Great fresh food in the restaurant. Genuinely helpful and no nonsense staff. Comfortable bed and clean!

Had a fantastic four night stay at this cool quirky hotel. The hotel was a great location for all the Xmas markets. Lovely comfortable beds and great shower with heated floor. The free mini bar was a lovely treat which also included chocolate. We will definitely return to this hotel

Really quirky and cool hotel. We spent 2 nights here and it was a brilliant experience. Very comfy bed and lovely shower. The things that make this hotel stand out from the rest are the lovely little extras that you receive. The mini bar is free, which was a lovely surprise. Items that are put in your room are a lovely touch, for example there is a bag that is there to be used during your stay if you wish, there are comical do not disturb signs, magazines, lovely shower gel and much more. The rooftop bar does a lovely cocktail and has a lovely view. I would definitely stay here again, a lovely place!
