"Ibis Styles Bucharest City Center", is a nice, clean, value for money hotel. Comfortable and spacious rooms, well airconditioned. It's not really in the city center, like not in the very heart of Bucharest, but you can still take a 20min walk through amazing parks and get right to the center. Or take the public transport, very close to the hotel. Buffet dinner is just adequate, not with a great variety and so is breakfast. Staff is polite and helpful.

I spent two non-consecutive nights at the IBIS hotel. Executive rooms are very small but fairly well equipped. Good breakfast, nice and helpful staff. Good price as the hotel was not fully booked.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. As a member of your loyalty program, I am entitled to certain benefits which were not provided to me despite my repeated requests. My experience was particularly negative due to the sarcastic behavior of the employee Mr. M.S. and the poor attitude of the manager Ms. A.C. I have visited the hotel many times, and my friends, patients, and I have stayed for over 100 nights in the past two years. I never expected such treatment, and therefore, I will not be visiting your hotel again due to the poor service. I feel that I am viewed as a source of revenue rather than a loyal customer who supports the hotel. In such situations, employees should speak English and not Romanian. Additionally, the benefits promised to members should be honored, otherwise, they should be removed from the Accor chain. I appreciate that the manager of Ibis contacted us and understood the situation, but for this particular hotel, as I have already informed my friends and patients, I will not return.

Good stay, modern and clean rooms with all the amenities. Breakfast was good and good selection. Staff efficient and location of the hotels good too. Wifi and selection of TV channels is excellent as well. Accor points promptly posted as well.
