I wanted to take a moment to personally express my heartfelt thanks for the exceptional welcome and care I received during our stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I truly felt at home. Beyond the comfort and quality of the hotel, it was the warmth, kindness and genuine attention of your team that made all the difference. Every smile, every thoughtful gesture and every interaction contributed to a stay that I will remember with great appreciation. I personally, along with my family, highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is very clean, and the service is excellent and very professional. We did not face any problems during our stay. My name is Mahran, and I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel staff, especially cristina. She is a wonderful, kind, and very helpful person. Words cannot express my gratitude. Cristina is a truly wonderful person. She is kind, polite, and always helpful. Her positive attitude and warm smile made our stay even more pleasant. She genuinely cares about the guests, and her service comes from the heart.

Disappointing Experience with Elevator and Service (Only Breakfast Was a Plus)

Long elevator waits, locked stair doors, and confusing access caused stress and even a panic attack. Restaurant manager was rude, and staff gave wrong directions, leaving us wandering in -7°C. The only positive was the breakfast buffet and the polite, helpful young staff there, also room service clean rooms and bathrooms. Definitely won’t return.

Great stay at the Novotel Bucharest. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the restaurant staff were excellent as well. A special thank you to Cristina from the restaurant for her outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Great hotel and location but rooms too warm

Rooms were too warm with no ability to turn down heating. Hotel advised rooms are set at 26 degC for winter. Apart from that hotel is in great location, beds comfortable and good breakfast
