First of all , there was no complementary water in the rooms . You want water buy it at 25 lei , down the road at small convenient store 4.5 lei . Really !!!! Be fair . Also tell visitors it’s safe to drink tap water . Some may , others not . But it’s up to the person . Pillows are atrocious , foam in a pillow case . Give your guests a good nights sleep and they will be happy ! Our Kleenex box had two sheets , I told the receptionist, he said I have to come to your room myself to check . He never did , ! Breakfast was ok , but not refilled , ones it was finished tough luck for those who came late . Over all , I didn’t sleep well ! I was one of the ones first for breakfast , so that was ok . No pancakes or waffles .

What the best surprises we have, never thought to be transferred to other hotel will makes us sad. No,we loved it.Thanks

I booked here but was transferred to another hotel because the hotel was undergoing repairs. Mr Mihail at the reception who explained about the situation and sent us by taxi was very friendly, helpful with some information for a smooth check in at the transferred hotel. They put us in a very good hotel, also the price of the hotel was higher than what we paid in Mercure. We were upgraded, the receptionist at the transferred hotel we stayed is very friendly. Although we did not stay directly at the Mercure Bucharest Unirii, but we were treated well when we arrived at Mercure Hotel Unirii. One day we will stay there for sure. For the other transferred hotel I will review the hotel separately. I am so glad I am a member of ALL group Platinum card. Good service and very satisfying. Never regret to joined and have the membership of ALL Accorplus.

Stayed here on our first night in Romania. We checked in online but the guy on reception to greet us was stern and could have been more pleasant. The room was larger than expected and had a nice view. The carpets however probably needed a better clean and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Hairs on floor, in shower and around the sink. Floors did not looked like they had been cleaned. Shower was nice and powerful. Bed was comfy and a good size. Our room was located close to the lifts which plays music from early morning so not ideal if you want to stay in bed late. The location of the hotel is in a nice quiet area, 10 minutes walk to the metro. Overall the hotel was nice but cleaning standards need to be better.

Hotel is okay, service is okay; everything is just okay.

This is a standard with standard facilities. The night team checking me in were great, I arrived at 23.30 and they were really pleasant, quite friendly. There is no milk in the room, and spending 10 minutes trying to get some milk at 9.30 in the morning is an unpleasant experience from unhelpful and unfriendly staff. As an Accor Silver member, my free drink was unavailable as the bar shuts at 10pm, late check out was also unavailable as they reallocate the group bookings in the morning, the minibar was unavailable as they don't provide bottle openers - all in all, not much seems to be available. Would I stay again? Probably, as I now know what to expect and it would be fine for a flying visit, but not for a relaxing city break.

Wonderful stay here . Thank you Clara a wonderful staffs and friendly welcome . And Andre serving me with wonderful drinks . Sure will be back here again and big surprise for my birthday welcome gift ! Wonderful location and great breakfast choice !
