The worst service I've ever got in a hotel. Even the food was disgustingly bad. Poor quality food which I would never expect at a luxury property like Raffles. Room service would take 1-2 hours to deliver food and the food was cold and this happened 3 times during our stay. We called room service for someone to clear the plates in our room and no one came all night. The hotel is extremely under staffed and a bit clueless. We were getting late for our flight so we wanted to rush so we called the bell desk in advance to come collect the bags but no one showed up, we had to call 3-4 times for them to come get our bags and after getting late we have to go through the slowest boat which took us almost 15 minutes to reach the lake shore. We requested them for the speed boat but they said the speed boats were occupied to shift luggage. What is the guest supposed to do if they are late for their flight and need to rush? Can't believe the whole property only had 2 speed boats!! The property was amazing no doubt but I can never go and stay there again because of such horrible service and food. Even the restaurant in the property is most of the time non functional because they are preparing for the next wedding event. I don't understand that how a name like Raffles can be used for such sub standard amenities. The property is huge so most of the time we have to use a buggy to move around but the drive way is so narrow for the buggy that it creates a jam and you have to wait for the way to clear most of the time. I would never recommend anyone to host their wedding there because of the poor service and food.

Raffles Udaipur is one of the most gorgeous properties that my family and I have ever visited. One of only 2 properties in Udaipur located on an island and you need to take a short boat ride to reach the hotel. The rooms are of the highest standard - impeccable! The service was best in class - includes the reception staff, F&B staff, bar tenders and other general support staff. Outstanding stay!!

Grear experience - Rony who took us to the boat and to the island than the manager and the staff who were waiting outside the lobby to bring our son aadvk. Never seen such experience before Loed the way how seameless it was and the extra support duty manager and her team did while making our room decoarated cake cutting for my kid video playing on tv with his image and birthday and room upgrade and the love you guys showered. It was overwhelming.
