De algehele ervaring was goed. Het is een mooi gebouw op een goede locatie met een rijke geschiedenis. Wat ik enorm mis hier is persoonlijke service, korte vragen zoals wat brengt u hier of hoe was uw verblijf bleven uit. Daarnaast is het gebouw enorm hard toe aan een onderhoudsbeurt. Door het gehele gebouw zijn plekken die een lik verf kunnen gebruiken, plekken waar lekkage lijkt te zijn (geweest) en algehele touch ups nodig zijn. Gezien het hotel zo een rijke geschiedenis heeft zou het leuk zijn als daar ook iets meer op ingespeeld wordt met uitleg of een kleine rondleiding.

I am sincerely sorry that you felt a lack of personal connection during your stay. We believe that a heritage hotel should feel like a home, and the "short questions" you mentioned—those moments of genuine interest—are exactly what we train our team to provide. I will be addressing this with our Guest Relations team to ensure we don't lose that vital human touch. Regarding the maintenance, I appreciate your observations. Maintaining a 1910 landmark is an ongoing commitment, and we are currently working through a schedule of touch-ups and repairs to address the paintwork and leaks you noticed while preserving the building's authentic character. I was particularly saddened to hear that you missed out on the deeper history of the building. For many years, we have offered a Heritage Hotel Tour, which is a dedicated journey through our most iconic corridors and stories. It seems we failed to properly introduce this to you during your stay. Next time you visit, please allow us to arrange this tour for you personally; it is the best way to see the "spirit" of the building beyond the surface. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back, engage in more meaningful conversation, and show you the full depth of the Majapahit legacy.
