Dear Guest, Thank you for your comment on the trip advisor and sharing your thought about our GYM facilities. We understand the importance of providing facilities that matches our guests' expectations. On the other hand, we do realize that changes should not only covering wellness facilities, but the entire system including procedures that should be implemented not only for the comfort of certain guests or members but also our guests as a whole, therefore there’s some adjustment is applied. Changes cannot be done instantly, but we are committed to always making improvements and therefore we're taking steps to improve our wellness facilities such as changing the GYM rubber floor, fixing the Sauna and Jacuzzi, refresh the SPA area including its corridor, renew the AHU system and more to come.
