Every time we visit Surabaya, we always stay at Hotel Majapahit. We love the rooms, the beautiful art deco building, and especially the warm hospitality. The staff are always friendly and attentive, and the location is fantastic—right in the heart of the lively city center.

Dear Management we would express our full satisfaction during our stay in december 2025. Everything was perfect and exactly as we expected. We especially thank the staff at the INDIGO restaurant. Our special thanks go to Ana, Anissa, and Galuh. A big thank you also to Mr. Agus for his kindness and helpfulness. A very tranquil historical experience! The room is very vintage and classic, I'm travelling time to the colonial era! The staffs are friendliest, and the food is amazing.

We spontaneously walked into this heritage hotel and decided to book the hi tea with a tour. We had Raihan as our tour guide and he was very good. Young, friendly and well versed in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Highly recommend it for anyone who is interested in a short but enlightening tour of the hotel.
