staff: when i checked-in, there was only 1 staff at the front office. thankfully, staffs were all great and friendly. room: looks clean, until i found a used cup in the drawer and a stained bed sheet. tv was not smart. welcome amenity was not immediately provided (ALL PLAT), and i needed to ask for it. welcome amenity (food) was great. noise: because of the location, train noises are quite loud in my room (2002). sensitive ears should not sleep in this hotel. parking: good but more on the smaller side, but was not crowded during my stay. breakfast: variety of dishes and good staffs.

A very comfortable 5 stars hotel in Surabaya city, with very responsive, polite and competent group of staffs. Nice foods, clean, artistic interior. The Cluster FO Manager showcases his 5 stars service. Striving to take care matters in utmost quality. In general a very positive experience. A highly recommended hotel. Definitely will come back to stay here.

Received a very warm welcome from the management team led by GM on my 2nd visit in May. Really appreciated for all the special arrangement given during my stay in Movenpick Surabaya in order to make my stay more enjoyable and delightful. The staffs from the restaurant, both Dimas, Bagun and the rest. They are just like an old friends and always provide the attentive services during my 2 nights stay in Movenpick Surabaya. I’m looking forward to be back again to Movenpick Surabaya on my next trip to Surabaya. I’m pretty sure that I’ll have another seamless and enjoyable stay like this time round. Once again thank you so much for the superb 5* services provided by the whole team.
