It's all nice if you going on a trip in solo, but they don't give you amenities in bathroom and that tea/coffee sachets. You can ask them for that everyday, but its better if you bring them with you. The foods are nice here but little variation, it's okay and Meisya, the staff, been helpful.

Great hotel, and helpful staff. Been staying this hotel everytime i visited surabaya. The location nearby tunjungan plaza, walking distance around 15 mins. Great staff named MELINDA was very helpful and friendly. Definitely worth the price.

A great hotel that did its job well. I booked this hotel for its convenient location and its undeniable value for its price. The hotel itself did not disappoint, it's an Ibis but a great one. Shoutout to Melinda for helping me ease the arrangement of my stay to make it more convenient. Would stay here again.

The room is compact and clean. The bathroom is clean. Location is also very strategic. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ms.Melinda, for helping me to check in and check out conveniently. Looking forward to the next stays with ibis surabaya city centre.
