This hotel near with city center. The hotel are good, clean, and really comfort to stay. Also near with market place, it's really helpfull for me. And the staff especially the receptionist (INA) so kind, beautiful, fast respond. I really happy stay at ibis hotel city center.

One of the best hotels in Surabaya. It is not that expensive and the hotel rooms are good for the price. Strategic location and the most important thing is their excellent service and the staffs are very humble especially Ms. Melinda. keep it up.

Exellent value for money in city center

This hotel is centrally located just a few minutes walk from the huge Tunjungan Mall, Staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are basic and have everything you need. Breakfast is basic, but very good for the price paid. Excellent value for the price you pay! Can't get a better hotel in this price range in this neighborhood.
