Everything about Mercure Surabaya Grand Mirama is really worth it to try. Nice room+hotel ambience with great decor and facilities especially for the cuisine. In my opinion, I suggest if you liked to stay here, try to consider stay in full package (room+breakfast)

It is actually really nice, the service is top and all of the staffs are so kind they help US with everything. Of course the room is very comfortable to sleep in, the facilities are all great, the pool is large and there's trees that protect us from the heat. Overall, it is a great experience

the service of hotel very excelent, all of the staff cheerfull and greet my name when we meet . trimurti restaurant is the best restaurant for breakfast so happy to stay here and we will be back when we go to surabaya as soon as possible. thankyou

The hotel's price, services, and facilities are fair and meet the Accor standards. We enjoy staying here, but the breakfast isn't as good as it was two years ago. It's not a big problem, but we noticed the difference. Maybe something changed in how they make it or choose the food. Overall, though, we still like staying here because it's affordable and has good service and facilities. We hope they can make the breakfast better, but we're still happy to come back.

Mercure hotel was wonderful. The staff is so attentive and their customer service is excellent. This is not the first time I breakfasting here, all breakfasting menu was very awesome and complete. restaurant room was clean, very comfortable. I will back soon !
