Very good hotel , great service , food is nice and I ame here for business but great service and pleasure to be here and Mr Nishant was very good and humble at the moment I came here

Average hotel and not to the standard of other Ibis properties that I have stayed in Dubai.

Location: on main road near a convenient bus stop (5 minutes walk). Should you wish to go to Dubai, take a bus to either Union Metro Station or Deira City Centre Metro Station and then a 20 minutes train ride to centre of Dubai. There is a supermarket (LuLu) about 10 minutes walk to get amenities, there are some cafes just by the venue including a McCafe, The area on the main highway is safe to walk about. Nothing too special. There is no parking for cars apart from public spaces that always seem full. Atmosphere: the reception is a small clean area with a cafe attached to it. Staff at reception are very helpful. Rooms: look dated and could do with updating. The bed was comfortable but housekeeping needs to up its game. Although the room was serviced, the carpet was not vacuumed. It was only done when I asked for it to be done, Amenities like towels were taken out but not replaced, there was always something not replenished. I did not bother to complain as I was far too busy with other important things. Value: average, for a room to just sleep in. My room was quiet and noise not an issue. The carpet in the corridors could go with a good clean. Overall impression: not the Ibis standard that I am used to.

Great atmosphere nice service Mr. Machuda restourant. Delicious food for breakfast and especially lunch and dinner.
