The stay was great, we enjoyed our time. The breakfast was good as usual in Fairmont hotels. In addition to that, I have to mention Ali, the guy who used to help us during breakfast time, he was really nice and helpfull person. I recommend this place in Ajman.

The hotel room are nice with a nice view on the beach with the tv in the room,bed and pillows are comfortable. the personal are nice and allways smiling. There is a nice pool of the hotel, with the bar near the pool, and also the sea with the beach.

The hotel staff are all great and always attentive. The buffets are so good. A special thanks to Mr. Ali, who always asks about your needs. I am shy to ask, but he always insists on doing it for us. The hotel is amazing, having staff who are polite and always smiling. It is the best hotel I have experienced here in the UAE so far. I hope to come back again this coming winter.

Sanka on housekeeping - I can’t thank him enough. He went the mile every day. On our last evening he had beautifully picked flowers from him with a leaving note! So thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble Nothing was left to chance. He superseded our expectation daily, the personal touch! Thank you
