We had an absolute brilliant time hotel Hassan at Reception very helpful also hotel is spotless, food exceptional no repeats and just ask of you require anything and they get it for you, all staff amazing very helpful and nothing a problem Kasham,Rachel, Yi wai, very good at there job and always aiming to please and making sure your having a good experience Ujwal makes great coffees also very well run restaurant and Hotel.

Just got back after spending a week at this amazing hotel. Weather‑wise, it’s a great time to visit if you prefer things warm but not too hot. We had a couple of windy days, but I really appreciated how the hotel always put safety first. And yes… I still managed to come back with a tan. The hotel itself is wonderfully clean, and that’s entirely down to the incredible staff who work tirelessly to keep everything spotless. Now, the food. One word: phenomenal. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all packed with an impressive variety of delicious dishes, and my friends and I definitely overindulged because everything was just too good to resist. A huge shout‑out to Chef Neeraj who, after hearing from the lovely Babhita (the supervisor at Spectrum) that we loved Butter Chicken, made it especially for us. It was the cherry on top of an already fantastic stay — absolutely outstanding. Babhita was such a delight every single day, greeting us with a warm smile and always checking in on how we were doing. And the rest of the staff — absolute gems. At Spectrum, Kashan, Umer, Rakshyak, and many others went above and beyond, remembering our orders, preferences, and little details that made us feel truly looked after. I wish I could remember every name because everyone there deserves recognition. It was also lovely speaking with the Food & Beverages Manager (apologies for forgetting the name!) who took the time to come over and chat with me and my friends. The team at the Salt Bar by the pool were just as fantastic — friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help, even if I didn’t manage to catch all their names. Keep it up, everyone — you’re the reason this hotel is as special as it is.

Great Hotel with superb service

An excellent hotel with nice rooms overlooking the Gulf with a good private beach. Ideal for children as well as adults. The swimming pool and the outside bar and restaurant were perfect for all. The service from the outset was at another level. All the staff were well trained and there to support customers. Check in was quick and attentive and the young man who did this also helped with my phone which was not picking up their internet. Problem quickly solved. My wife found the room to cool and we discussed this with a manager who quickly sorted the problem. We were upgraded to another room which caught more sun and were given another quilt so it was naturally much warmer, problem solved. We asked for a pillow which gave neck support and were given an orthopaedic pillow which was exactly what was required. Nothing too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Every food you could want was on display and it was one of the best breakfasts we have encountered. This restaurant was used in the evening for a buffet meal and also there were separate Italian and Turkish restaurants offering mouth watering foods in excellent surroundings. Overall I would recommend this hotel. It is ideal for families with excellent facilities for couples and business alike. The service is second to none and Rogan who looked after us every time we went to reception deserves a special mention. The next time we have a stopover break or indeed a holiday in Dubai we will certainly choose to stay at the Fairmont Ajman again.

Perfect holiday

We stayed here for 10 days in January. Fantastic hotel, I would firmly recommend it. Weather in January is a bit like a really nice UK summers day, temperatures were early mid 20s so perfect for just chiling out or wandering around. The food was excellent in all the restaurants, we particularly liked the Turkish one. Beach beds are really comfy with thick cushions and there is no limit on how many towels you want and they are big enough to cover the whole sunbed 👍 Our room, 915, was massive with fantastic views of the sea. However, the best bit of this hotel has got to be the staff, they are all amazing from the front reception to the guys who cleaned our room to all the restaurant and bar staff. They are so friendly and we were really well looked after. Special mention needs to go to Rachel in the buffet restaurant, Alfa and Hasan in the sports bar and the beach bar guys ( sorry we never knew your names!) We will definitely come and stay again, thank you to you all for a great holiday.

We stayed here for two weeks in January, on the 12th floor with an amazing view. We really liked the hotel – good standards and very service-minded staff. The food was good at all meals in the buffet restaurant. The kids loved the play area and Little Bunnies. The staff there were great with children. We would recommend this hotel to others
