The hotel itself is very good. The pool area is small but is on the 9th floor so has a good view. Gavin at the pool bar was extremely friendly & helpful. More seats/Sun lounges are needed & more shade. If the 4 cabanas were taken out there would be a lot more room for seating & a huge shade could be put up. The staff are very friendly although there wasn’t enough staff on when we had dinner. I couldn’t find anything on the menu I could eat as I have food intolerances. I had to seek out a waitress & ask for help. Thankfully ‘Jenny’ spoke with the chef & I had fish & salad. (It did still cost $42 which was the price for the fish meal on the menu). We waited for well over an hr for our meals & my husband’s was not what he ordered. Due to the fact we had waited so long he agreed to eat it. Bit of a disappointing experience. We didn’t have breakfast at the restaurant as we weren’t able to use my Accor card on a public holiday. I can’t justify spending $70 for the two of us when there’s not a lot of food options for me. We ended up sharing a room service meal which was good.

First time we stayed we had a very positive experience. This time around we were not so impressed. We stayed for 3 nights and had 2 rooms on the 5th floor. One of the rooms was fine, however the other room had many issues. Bedside lamp was not working on one side, blocked bathroom sink which wouldn't drain, hair on the bathroom floor on arrival and one of the beds had a big dip in the middle and was very uncomfortable. I mentioned the maintenance issues to front desk staff which was met with a very unhappy face. It was promised to be fixed. It wasn't. None of the information was written down, so i am guessing it won't get fixed. Second day our room wasn't even cleaned nor were the beds made. This hotel was really nice when we stayed approximately 4 years ago, but its now lost its shine and the service is average. If they are aiming at a 5 star hotel which is how the advertise themselves then they have a long way to go. I won't be coming back......

The dining experience is amazing, I have been coming here for years and it has improved out of sight due to the new team and Santoosh. Also, the front could not be more helpful led by Sam. Truly a 5 star hotel in the west!!!

The rooms are extra large. Did not like the opaque glass doors on the shower and toilet as these are open and viewable from the bedroom. We had a problem with the air conditioning as it was set at 25 and we could not change this. We asked numerous staff members several times to have maintenance come and check this and all them were apologetic and said they would have this attended to straight away but never did. My last request was to at least supply a fan as the room was stifling but again no one sent a fan. We stayed 2 nights and requested for our room to made up and this did not happen either. The pool area was good but again staff were extremely slow with food and beverage orders. When I advised the staff of my issues during check out they did not seem too interested. Overall for the price it should have been better and the staff more caring. Very disappointing. Cannot recommend this hotel because of this.

Hotel is a bit pricey, however, its worth every penny spending in this glorious hotel. Very accommodating staff, with fine dining Restaurant. I had a very relaxing stay. The only thing not good about it is the location is far from varieties of restaurants, would require you to get a Taxi or an uber to get there. One of the best Accor hotel I stayed with. Love the Filipino staffs of the hotel.
