Extremely lovely reception staff, Jen and Neals. Great location, perfect to explore all of Hobart on foot. Great food and friendly service at restaurant for breakfast. Couldn't falter. Will be back for sure and fully recommend.

We had a nice clean room. We’ve booked here several times and never had an ocean view. Upon enquiring on our previous visit, we were told after booking ring reception and they would allocate us a ocean view This time I booked the superior room, which I was told had a few rooms with ocean views and rang reception, but still we were not assigned ocean views and this is the only Accor hotel that we have never been upgraded due to gold membership, nor was our membership acknowledged
