The Ibis hotel was a good fine. Reasonable rates and clean comfortable room. Good location too - we walked from the ferry port and close to restaurants and shopping. The complimentary breakfast is great! Only complaint was the room was hot and the a/c did not work well.

Excellent hotel on all counts. We had a wonderful, big, comfortable room on the 5th floor, with 2 walls of windows facing the harbour and the fort as well as a view of the mountains beyond the city. (The view would likely not be as good from the lower floors.) Large wrap-around terrace with a chaise and a table with two chairs. Great bed, nice big bathroom, excellent service from the front desk and the cleaning staff. Good buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Very well located, so you can easily walk to the best shopping and dining in the city. Strong recommend!

Además de una ubicación cómoda, al lado hay un estacionamiento muy grande que nos resultó cómodo ya que alquilamos auto. Pasamos solo una noche y llegamos en la madrugada, sin embargo estuvimos súper cómodos: el check in y out es rápido y sencillo, la habitación muy confortable e impecable y el desayuno excelente. El personal de recepción es súper amable.

We stayed here to catch early ferry. Walked up stairs and slopes to get there from bus station. We were upgraded to a larger family room which was a lovely surprise. Shower was great as was king size bed. The reception staff were friendly. Would have been 5 stars but the food wasn't great.
